It's been a while since I've been to Chick-fil-A but I do have to say I was very impressed by my visit. The technology they've implemented into the business is impressive. They made things easy by having enough staff working to cover all areas of the building that you didn't have to feel lost about what to do or where to go, I was heading to a Pic Nic for my children's school and ordered a large amount of food using the online app to place a to go order, it was the busiest time of day and I was in and out with my order in no time and my order was completely accurate with how I ordered. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I have to say as a business manager myself that Chick-fil-A seems to go above and beyond by being willing to put extra money into their staff to have such a fast and smooth environment. This is what makes them stand out over other fast food businesses, other companies don't seem to want to pay any extra to payroll to have enough people working for the experience to stand out to the customers. You limit the workers down to where there are areas and people who get neglected and that makes business suffer. This store had someone standing outside at the drive thru talking to customers and helping them with their orders, they had red lights in the drive thru controlling traffic, they had people inside walking around checking on customers and keeping things clean, an abundance of people in the kitchen making sure orders were made with quality, other places you have 3 or 4 people maybe who are aggravated and stressed out because they are trying to do the work of multiple people in multiple areas and that leads to bad customer experience for both customer and employees,. I couldn't count how many people were there, but it definitely makes the experience for me to be absolutely wonderful and tells me thay care about the customer experience unlike any other fast food...

Having a bad day needs to be addressed at the management level prior to coming on to shift and if this was brought on by your boss, well that needs to be addressed with their boss. We have never had a bad experience at any chick fil a We absolutely love coming to them and the food is always great! This was one of our favorite ones! We have had so many compliments and gestures by the employees. Tonight... you lost our business at this location because of your impoliteness. You dont have to be short or pushy. We get the same order everytime and we take no time more than the next to place our order. I hope you can be given the opportunity to practice resiliency with some of the possible customers and be given the opportunity to do better next time. Sorry if everytime we have come in my wife orders what she thought was a vanilla latte, and everyone else simply gives her the closest thing and we havent been corrected before. The head manager of this location is very rude and doesn't know how to properly handle situations. Lack customer service skills. Don't tell a customer something that's not correct. If you don't know then figure out who would know. You never want to inform a customer wrong information. I paid almost $40 worth of food through app. She said there was an issue with payment. I showed her my bank account and where money was taken from my account. Instead of finding out what was going on. She just suggested me to pay again if I want my order. I'm sorry i dont have another $40 in my account to spare. I had a toddler that was fussing because she was wanting her food. I left empty handed. Come to find out... the manager was looking at the wrong order. IT WAS PAID FOR!
