Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Dothan

I got the biggest monster sandwich that they have. It was nice and warm by the time i got it home. I found it on their website. Plus got the warm cinnamon roll which I shared too. I had gift cards from my birthday. The sandwich that I ordered was so big, it fed two adults and a teenager with one serving left over. It was cut into four portions. Lots of meat and tasty. My mouth barely fit over it. It was as big as a pie and twice as thick and heavy. Definitely going back. I went though the drive through. A lot of road construction is going on around it which made it hard to get into which I’m sure it’s hurting their business. It’s located next to Sams which is congested as well, but worth the stop. The girl at drive through was so sweet, I gave her the rest of the money on my gift card as a tip. She was reluctant to take it but I told her to please take it. The sweet tea was good too. Went to Schlotsky's 3 Sundays in a row, it was around 6:45PM each time. I leave work around 6:30 and go there to have dinner. I work right around the corner from the restaurant so it only takes 10-15 minutes at the most to to get there. When we got there, lobby was locked but web page says that they are open until 8:00PM. I went to the drive thru window and spoke to a young lady. I ask her if they were closed and she said yes that she was the only one working the front and that she had already clocked out. She stated that she had to go home to do her online classes. There was someone that seemed to be working in the back that she was talking to. I was happy to find a schlotzsky restaurant here because they are no longer available in my city I was excited to get me another schlotzsky turkey sandwich until I recognized the cook was texting on his phone while making my sandwich even though he was wearing gloves. He was holding his phone at the same time, making my sandwich, then he put down the phone to finish it... I went ahead to pay for the sandwich, but I will discard the sandwich because I don't want unclean hands touching my food, especially after touching your phone.. I thought restaurants were not supposed to allow employees to use their phones while handling food... I'm very disappointed not to have a schlotzsky sandwich after...
