Let me first mention that prior to coming to this store, I had little to no knowledge on car audio. This is partially my fault; However, I would assume a shop pertaining to car audio would at least point me in the right direction. This was not even the main issue with my experience. The biggest problem I have with this place is the fact that they have 250% price markups compared to any other retailer. There is NO reason anyone should visit this place looking to shop unless they have a great urge to waste money. I found amusement in the fact that they replied to a negative review to say they are very competitive with labor rates. You can undercut China's labor rates if you are marking your products up 3x... I highly recommend Amazon and honestly their QnA section is more...

Considering I used them for years from 2004 till about 2008 when I moved I loved my experiences here. Was back in town for a little while and talked to the owner via phone and quoted me installing a DVD system we had custom designed for our vehicle by the manufacturer ($$$) and the gentleman at the counter refused to install the system I had and wanted to install a basic system of some quoting me like $600.00 which was no interest of mine as it wouldn't integrate with the car as the one we purchased would. I ended up paying someone else to install. Also as one business owner to another I would have fired that guy for talking so badly about the owner. It's one thing to not like how it's run, it's a whole different situation when you express that to a customer. ...

i just purchased 2019 F250 that has the den 2 radio, went to the sound shop and requested a loud clean clear system upgrade using the factory den 2 unit. And they upgraded the stock speakers put a sub box under the back seat that looks like a factory install 1 amp for the subs 1 amp for doors & tweeters in the window pillars and center channel speaker and wow, it is the cleanest sounding system I have ever heard and I could not believe how good the prices were for the components and they tuned the system to my listening preferences. i listen to all kind of music so they also installed a bass volume knob for different styles of music.
