Super Canton — Restaurant in Dothan

So I sent my wife up there to get 2 sweet and sour chicken plates and the restaurant is about 8 and a half or 9 miles just to it so almost 20 miles round trip.. she gets all the way home thinking hey I shouldn't have to check it it's 2 of the most ordered items they have only to be disappointed when she gets home. Found out it's one sweet and sour chicken and one with broccoli and something or another on it so she goes all the way back and tells them hwy my order isn't correct so what did they do? Nothing at all except give us what they were supposed to originally. Didn't offer a free drink or anything even though we wasted around 40 miles and over an hour of our time trying to spend our hard earned money at their establishment. So I tried to call and ask did we not deserve to have it right the first time only to be a dead phone number.. so they are just as cheap on having the right phone number as well as giving u the wrong food to have you drive all night just to eat something from there.. check your food before you go if you go I wouldn't recommend it being their not very friendly or about customer...

There prices are reasonable, but I was disappointed over my experience. We got a to go order (over $70 worth) so needless to say we ordered a lot. We got the wontons, dumplings, lomein, seasame and bourbon chicken, meifun, egg drop, rice, and everything was low quality and bland and tasted cheap. They did accept Apple Pay which is a plus but I’m disappointed in their customer service. When I left I thought I left my wallet there so tried calling twice with no answer but luckily found my wallet so no big deal. But then I got home and thought I was missing my wontons and tried calling again with no answer and I know they can tell whose calling because when I got there to pick up my food I called to see if I could walk in to get it and they answered and knew it was me calling because they said yes come in your orders ready without me telling them who I was so I feel like they ignored my calls after I left which is not professional. I did end up having the wontons though so I didn’t have to go back. But the quality of the food was just not good to me or anyone that was eating with me. We will not be...

The food is good and they have a nice variety of choices to choose from. The prices are very reasonable and affordable for nearly anyone. The customer service is a little lacking but acceptable. The building where they are located is what use to be a Sonics so their is practically no dinning dining room to speak of but if it's just yourself or maybe two of you, you do have a few tables to choose from if you decide to dine-in. Most people typically choose to drive-thru and generally this option takes anywhere from 5-15 minutes depending on how busy they are. My only criticism is with the upkeep of the parking lot the area immediately surrounding the building. This area is littered with potholes that are big enough that, if you happen to be driving a small car or a car with minimal ground clearance, you could possibly sustain damage if you were unfortunate enough to drive directly into...
