Visited on November 22. I purchased the 10 wing dinner and my wife had a sandwich on texas garlic bread. My wings were horrible. They were VERY small, shorter than my thumb by a bit...and either over cooked for way way way too long, or had been under a heat lamp for most of the day before being served to me..they just had a little sauce squirted in the bottom of the basket. They were so hard that I could only eat three and that was a struggle.....BEYOND crispy...very HARD! It was a horrible experience. I have eaten here many years ago and it was great...I loved it back then but I moved away and just returned and it is possibly the worst restaurant I've visited since returning. Will NOT EVER eat here again. I paid over $36 for my wife to eat half a sandwich and I..three wings. I didn't fuss and I know the server knew it was bad because she said nothing to us when she brought us the check and starting taking away plates of food barely touched and didn't look us in the eye for the remainder of us being there. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment. Any other restaurant wouldn't let food like that exit the kitchen...it would be tossed in the garbage.
Hey Things and Wings....please feel free to reach out to hear just how bad your restaurant and kitchen staff are. Just so you can see this is an accurate review.

Read moreHad lunch today seated. Usually just order out. We had to track down waitress to let her know she had a new table (sign says please seat yourself or something of that nature) She took our drink order. My friend went and found us some menus. Then another waitress took our order and apologized. We only waited about 15 min for our food. Dining room was at least 75% full. Our waitress came and asked what we were drinking and left. Another waitress came by and topped our tea off. We ate quickly and she came back with to-go cups. Then our waitress went to get our ticket. She waited several (15) min to come back with it. We got ready to go and had to find her to pay. I was content to leave ticket and cash on the table and leave but my friend wasn't. Three waitresses spoke as we were walking out. The food was great as I had been craving a messy, juicy burger and they delivered! Corn nuggets and seasoned crinkle cut fries were hot and tasty. I will satisfy my craving again at T&W. We left 20% tip and felt that was fair. Now this was a Friday at 11:45, if we'd had to go back to work in an hour we would have made it with minutes to spare. Despite the rocky start I got plenty of food to satisfy my craving without having to unbutton my shorts. I ordered the Shack burger. It's regular sized.. you can also get a monster burger. (1/2 pd) Sorry for the length but I like details. We both had burgers a side and...
Read moreI've had lunch here a few times and enjoyed the burgers and chicken but this time, being the frugal lady that I am, I wanted something for dinner that I could have leftovers for lunch. I knew that I wanted a salad and something besides a burger or chicken sandwich so I decided on a Club Sandwich and the Caesar Salad. And I even got a side order of the Sweet Potato Patties. I was not disappointed. When they brought it out and I saw how much food was there I knew that I could feed a small family with that much food. I hadn't even realized that the salad came with grilled chicken too. So I took it home and dished out a corning ware salad bowl full of the salad and plated up half of the sandwich. I ate all of my salad with one piece of the grilled chicken and one Potato Patty and I was already sufficiently full but I still had a hankering for some of that Club Sandwich. My pup, Chico, was watching every bite I took and he guilted me into giving him the meat and cheese off of the last bit of my sandwich and knowing how much he loves sweet potatoes I shared a patty with him too. I finished off the salad for lunch today, saving the chicken for Chico, and then he helped me finish the sandwich for dinner. He's a lucky dog. If not for Chico I could have had four delicious meals just for myself for less than $5.00 a meal. What a deal! Sorry I didn't take a picture....
