I would give negative stars if it were an option. Horrible experience. I brought my daughter here, 4pm on Tuesday afternoon. After paying for the shoes and 2 games, I was told that we needed to hurry because the league was coming in at 5pm. I looked on their website before driving 35 minutes to this business and it doesn't have anything about a league on Tuesday. NOTHING. I asked the associate why he failed to tell me this before taking my money. He said he was sorry. My 6 yr old has never been bowling before and I had no intentions of rushing and would have chosen to come another day had I known I would be rushed in trying to enjoy a good time with my daughter. To put the icing on the cake, the associate turned our lane off after the 9th frame. So not only were we rushed, we were shorted a frame. That's stealing. They turned it back on after we put our shoes back on and they heard me trying to get their attention, but at this point, these folks had lost my respect and my patience. What a horrible experience. I will never do business with this place again. The other reviews said kid friendly. That is not my experience at all. This place is managed...
Read moreWorst bowling experience ever. He charged us $42 for 2 adults and a 3 and 4 yr old and huffed when I told him their ages so I guess that brought the adult prices?.. Paid for 2 games and we didn't play our 2nd game as we didn't enjoy this experience so we asked for a refund and they tried to give us gift cards. When I refused that he gave us $14 back..?? I told him the kids needed a 6 and 8 toddler shoe, he huffed and said they only had 8 and up, to just let my little guy go barefoot. Do what?! We got 2 pairs size 8s and made it work and tried to ignore his bad attitude. Sign on the door says no food or drinks from outside, no exception and the snack bar was closed but there was a lady that was playing next to us that kept getting her own drinks, guess she was a regular and that's not very business like. They never cleaned the balls or sprayed the shoes the whole hour and a half we were there. Very dissatisfied and will...
Read moreI recently participated in a tournament hosted by the management staff/owner of the bowling alley. I tried to get clarification on the payout results for brackets but the guy over it(tall guy middle age with glasses- runs the pro shop) immediately became irritated/angry and began raising his voice and loudly yelling at me. Which was completely unnecessary⌠it showed he lacks self control of his emotions, lack communication skills and low level of professionalism. Many people expressed to me how they were taken aback at his actions/demeanor. Iâve been bowling and participating in tournaments for 20 + years and I have NEVER experienced the level of rudeness/aggression. From reading multiple other reviews with similar instances, it speak volumes onâŚ. No respect to others. This will be my last time giving any of my money and time...
