The owners (Dan & family) and his staff at this particular location are absolutely magnificent!!! We have had in-home delivery in -tore dinning and have hosted our seven-year-old's birthday inside the store location. Every single interaction has been absolutely positively the best service, the best quality food, and has resulted in a very happy family with regard to their wonderful pizza salads and sides. if you've never tried Jets pizza at this location I highly suggest that you make it a reality.
when the entire city of Louisville was snowed in this past March jets pizza was the only place open. All of the groceries and other restaurants have closed. Their drivers serviced suburbia and the surrounding hotels. Thank goodness for this community minded responsible business owner. Dan is a model business owner for this community of Middletown / Louisville region.

Read moreIt’s a shame that Jett’s pizza is so good because the service is TERRIBLE. We ALWAYS get our pizza 30 minutes to an hour later than they quote delivery. They forget our ranch over 50% of the time. When we call to ask about our order they sound annoyed and make excuses or say “it’s on the way, sorry about that”…. We live less than 10 minutes from the store.
I wish I could say this has only happened once, but that is not the case.
On at least two separate occasions within the past year we called and fully cancelled our order because it never came. This past time we waited over two hours and finally canceled our order on a Tuesday evening. We will not be ordering...

We were the only people eating in the dining room and not an employee in sight when I realized that our breadsticks and pizza was wrong. Stood at the counter for several minutes eventually calling out to the back and no one came out. We ate our wrong order.
