I was kicked out of the store without good reason, and I've already contacted corporate. If I would've let that girl call the cops, I would've received my order. I could file battery charges, as well. For context; I went there to pick up a doordash order, and after waiting at least 10 minutes(likely 15 or so), I asked an employee(a guy) if they even had the order, because no one even acknowledged I was there... A girl(the person who "kicked" me out), walked right past me multiple times, then started cleaning a counter instead of helping me. I asked "a guy"(the guy on the left in the picture below) for the number to contact corporate, and he said he wasn't going to give it to me. I then asked him who the manager is, and he said he wasn't going to give their name or contact information... I then took a picture of the girl(who just came over), and asked the guy to look at me so I could take a picture of him, so I could give it to corporate, and the girl started yelling at me, then came over and PUSHED me, telling me to get out of the store for taking a PICTURE of him, when it's LEGAL. Both of them need to be re-trained. The manager needs to inform the staff that they have to provide the number to corporate, they need to start wearing nametags so we can identify them, and they need to start treating people with respect. They're representing your company... They should understand and respect that from day one... If they can't do that, they need to look for another job. To end, that girl is literally referred to in the responses right below me, so, clearly, this is an ONGOING ISSUE THAT NEEDS TO BE DEALT WITH, and the last 3 sentences in the paragraph above, sums up the issue, then provides the proper way to resolve it.

I don’t know why I keep going to this location. Maybe because it’s close to my house and on my way to work but it is not worth it. The dough nuts from here are so bad. There is never any glaze or icing on them and they are dry and hard. The coffee is just lacking all around. Very disappointing. If you can - go to the Bechtelsville location. They are friendly and coffee and dough nuts are always good!

The girls were nice but they were super unorganized, my coffee was sitting there melting for 10 mins till I realized they were just putting them down and not calling anyone's name.. I'd go through the drive through if I was ever to go again, the inside on a Saturday afternoon was bad.

Horrible! Is there a word that could describe the service and rudeness that I experienced this morning. My son had a sleepover so the kids wanted a donut. Raining so I decided to go inside thinking that was a wise idea since I had a small order and many people use the drive up to avoid having to get out in the rain. There was one person in front of me, and at least seven people working that I could see. I placed an order for three donuts- one for each kid. I waited, and waited and waited. There was a going girl at the register who told everyone she was new, but no one bothered to help her or give her direction. She didn’t seem to be prepared for the job, and not a single person offered to help her or monitor her, BUT they were willing to tell every customer that was waiting, perplexed, as to the status of their order that she was new. Someone then came over to me after I had been waiting twenty minutes for three donuts and asked me what I had ordered. She then threw them in a bag, without the paper, and then said she is new. So I have heard! My first time at this DD and definitely my last. I understand being new but she was not able to put three donuts in a bag, and then either have someone help her or don’t have her work on a Sunday am. It’s interesting how everyone could explain she was new but no one could support the customers getting their orders. Very bad experience- so happy I’m not a DD fan to begin with so this isn’t much of...

ABSOLUTELY THE RUDESET CREW AND MANAGER. I will never be returning to this location. I ordered multiple coffees today. Keep in mind I go to this dunkin very often. When ordering my coffee the young girl at the register was very rude and pushy.. Whatever I let it go. All of my coffees were made wrong and I said something asked to have them re made. I got a few eye rolls from the young girl and an apology from another. She said they were right and clarified that one of my coffees was Decaf. I left. When I got home I gave my mom the "Decaf" coffee and she immediately knew that there was cafine in it. I called the store to speak to a manager. This lady was one of the rudest people I have ever spoken too. Told me I was a liar and they remade the coffee she watched the other girl. Which is all good and fine I'm not denying they remade it HOWEVER IT WAS PUT INTO THE SAME CUP AS THE CAFFINATED COFFEE which means the cup had caffeine in it. This "manager" argued with me and was super nasty. I asked her name and for the corporate number or the general manager. She deniedgiving me any of the information. I will be Contacting the higher ups and reporting her as well as the other crew members. I would give this location zero stars if I could. It gets worse and worse every time I go there. I stopped going to the one in Bechtelsville because I liked this location better....
