I was there today the server name netaeja i asked her to give me the fresh one and i pointed out which 2 i want..she was like i can’t reach them..

Like seriously u can’t reached them … she literally had to move one cup from the front of them only those two look fresh rest of them look very old . after she gave me one I ask her the second one gave me the one that I was asking for and she refused to give me the one i want and still telling me that she can’t reach like what if I want the third one she’s not able to read that one and tell me I cant sell you because I can’t reached them, when I was trying to eat them. One star! Very nice cashiers but distracted and had friends hanging around. The food was cold and looked dry and old. After I asked they willingly made me a fresh pretzel that took a little over ten minutes to make. However it still tasted stale and old. There wasn’t enough enough cheese on the pepperoni pretzel. Overall I was dissatisfied with my food, I had the pepperoni pizza pretzel. Although I had a wonderful experience at the Philadelphia location and it made me want to try the one near my house because it was so delicious— I am thoroughly disappointed. One day my mom and I went to auntie Annie’s in the mall. I order salted pretzel nuggets and after I paid and went downstairs, and finally looked in the bag to see they were pizza nuggets. So we went back up the escalator and told the young girl behind the register the situation and she apologized, took the nuggets out my bag and put them back in the heater were they serve nuggets to other customers.
