It is sad when a customer tells you outside that rhe employees talked about you like a dog when I left out the store.
My hot coffee was sitting on the counter. I attempted to pick it up, the lid came off and coffee spilled all over the counter.
An employee working the drive thru witnessed it. She did not say anything or even attempt to get something to control the spill. I said he needs to be careful securing the lid. This is a potential lawsuit had I got burned. The coffee was extremely hot. I couldn't start sipping if I wanted to because I can burn my tongue. I always let my coffee sit for a while to cool down because it is piping hot.
Due to the employee non character attitude. I waved for the young man to come here. I explained to him that he need to be more careful securing the lid. He apologized and I left. While there I witnessed a customer requesting another coffee because his coffee was cold. He was the same guy parked next to me explaining to me the nasty things they said about me and that I didn't know what I was talking about.
I said while customer's were in there he said yes. He said, they are always nasty and the manager is worse. I wanted to go right back in there, but I was in a hurry to attend my son's graduation.

When I received the bacon biscuits bites they were extremely cold I took one bite out of one and it wasn’t even cooked fully. I got back in the line and I explain to the young lady at the window what happen which she was very nice and professional but the younger white manager he was a male was giving her a hard time about replacing my order, she explained to him what I said and he literally was going back in forth with her I can tell she was getting frustrated but she kept her cool, I told them if it was going to be an issue I can just call the area manager Sharnaz bc he gave me his personal number and told me if I ever have any issues with this store that I can call him, which I ended up doing because the young man and others just kept talking mess, but luckily he didn’t answer. Read moreBy far the worse Dunkin Donuts I’ve been too and I love Dunkin. Sadly this location is just horrible. They are beyond slow and very rude. Instead of making sure orders are correct and given to customers in a timely manner when the food is ready, they are making their own food and counting calories about whether they can eat it or not. I waited over 10 min for a simple egg and cheese wrap after I have already received my drink. When I finally asked about the wrap, she looked behind her and grabbed a bag that has been sitting there for the longest and said “here.” I kindly asked for a fresh wrap as that was just sitting there for the longest time. She had the only attitude and then gave the wrap to the cook who pulled it out of the bag and threw it in a tray with fresh wraps. I kindly asked again for a fresh wrap and the cook now had an attitude. One thing I don’t play about is my food or with people making it.
