I called the store today to place an order for a special that I saw online. I would not let me place the order online for some reason. So I asked the young lady who answered if I could place the order for the same price. She said yes. Promo was 2 large- 1 topping for $22.99. At first I wanted a cheese and veggie, 2 pepperoni and 2 sausage, but the price was too much for a veggie. So to simplify it, I just wanted 3 sausage and 3 pepperoni. I added 2- 2 liter Sodas for $3 each. Before tax should have been $75, because I didn't do delivery. But she kept telling me the total was $87. I was trying to ask how it was coming to more if she said the tax was $5.14. My total would have been $80.14. Similar to other reviews, it was a young girl whose attitude was incredibly awful. I told her from the beginning I was down the street at a local retailer. Her customer service was as if I was annoying her the whole time. If you dont like your job? Dont work there. The employees you all choose to hire is making you lose lots of business. I asked if there was a manager or someone else who could explain the charges to me and with an attitude she said "yeah" and put me on hold. After almost 10 minutes, I hung up. The current staff overall is pleasant, however, the female assigned to slice the pizza didn't cut the pizza thoroughly and she failed to cut it according to ordered (pie cut). What I don't understand is she made the same mistake [twice] before she realized her fault. Mind you I waited 30 minutes (with a toddler in the car) as the cashier offered to remake the pizza. Upset, I declined and asked for a discount due to the order being incorrect and an inconvenience to wait [again]. My toddler was hungry and more upset than me. I rated them accordingly because my order was incorrect and I had to ask for a better discount. They initially offered 15% off, but that didn't seem quite fair considering two pizzas were not as I ordered and I requested 25%. The cashier showed a little unprofessional behavior by making an unnecessary face as if I were being extreme, SMH. At the end of the day, I was not paying $25 for pizzas that was not prepared as ordered. Will I return? I miss the original crew. I think I'll start picking up pizza at Fellini's when...
Read moreA guy named Prince was EXTREMELY RUDE this Christmas Eve. When I first came in he came to the front from the back and said “you don’t want pizza you want to go home and cook.” What??!! OK I let that slide. When I went to retrieve my pizza it was the wrong thing (I ordered half cheese half pepperoni and it was all cheese). I told the very nice cashier I’d ask my boyfriend if that was OK with him. I came back inside because my boyfriend really wanted pepperoni and she said she’d have to ring it in again. She then told me it’s ok because they don’t close at 8:30pm (even though Google said 11pm) The guy, Prince, who works in the back, came to the front of the store and begins to rant, “don’t take no more orders y’all don’t take no more orders!
