I've never written a bad review about a business, but this place is beyond terrible. My wife and I have been to their drive thru 3 times in the past 5 months. All 3 times, we have gotten home and found that they have forgotten a main course, and it's usually my wife's food that gets forgotten. I hate to see my wife sad, but we accept it because we are usually tired from work. So we got home last night after ordering from the drive thru, pulled out the food and allotted it between each other, and surprise, surprise! They forgot my wife's cheese quesadilla. This is now the 4th time in a row that they've forgotten something! We usually try to remember to check the bag and count the number of items that we're supposed to receive, but I feel like it's a little ridiculous that our order has been messed up so many times that we feel we must remind ourselves to do this. Checking this way doesn't always solve the issue since we've received incorrectly made and entirely wrong food from them in the past as well. Am I supposed to stop in the parking lot and unwrap every item to make sure that someone has performed one of the most basic tasks of working a drive thru? Anyways, I was pretty upset at this point, seeing my wife's disappointed face. Since it was the 4th screw up from this location, I was getting my food remade, which I think is pretty fair since we had to drive back up to the restaurant to get the missing food, all the while the rest of our food was getting cold. By the time my wife would actually get to eat, everything else would be frigid. And as I said before, we had eaten soggy and cold food 3 times in a row now. So we pulled up and two of the younger female workers were outside cutting up with one of their friends after lobby hours with the front door unlocked and open, which is dangerous for the employees since they appeared to be very young in age and it was late. But anyway, we went to the window and told them politely that they forgot our cheese quesadilla, to which they replied, "Oh, we know!" We also asked if they could remake our food since this was the 4th time that we'd had missing food, and we had to come back up there and everything was cold now. So one of the kids took the receipt and said, "I'll get it for you." We told him thank you and that we appreciated it. He closed the window, and another employee came back several minutes later with the cheese quesadilla. We said thank you again as he glared, gave no response, and closed the window. We waited a few more minutes, and this little girl employee came to the window and said, "We aren't going to remake your food just because it got cold." (Ignoring the fact that the rest of the food wouldn't have been cold in the first place if we hadn't had to drive back up there to retrieve the food we paid for.) So we tried to ask for her name and a manager, but she quickly shut the window on us as her and other staff members turned their backs to us. They walked away from the window, so we were not able to get a refund or our receipt back so we could make a proper corporate complaint. We were nothing but nice and used polite tones when talking to these employees, and they were beyond rude and disrespectful. To add insult to injury, the food was atrociously put together. I know there is not much to be expected from the preparation of fast food (it is understandably messy sometimes), but the way this "food" was put together was reminiscent of Pablo Picasso. If I am going to spend nearly $20 on food, I might as well go to a "sit-down" restaurant where I won't be treated like trash by disrespectful children.    Read moreI arrived to the drive thru speaker at 8:04 pm. After telling the automated voice recording that I will not be using the mobile app, I patiently waited for a human being to respond. After saying hello twice and waiting 5 minutes at the speaker for someone to acknowledge my presence; I proceeded to pull forward and wait in line with 4 cars ahead me. The car behind me was greeted and their order was taken promptly and so was the car behind that one. After turning off my car 3 times to save my gas; I finally made it to the window. I turned off my car for the 4th time. A young lady asked me did I place a mobile? I told her no, I was not able to place an order. I asked if there was something wrong with the speaker and she told me I was the 3rd car whose order was not taken. She asked me âWhat did you order?â My response to her was âMy order was not taken.â She then asked me what did I want to order? I proceeded with my simple order of 3 regular tacos and a Baja freeze. For the inconvenience, she offered to give me a large size rather than the regular size. I thanked her. As I continued to wait patiently in my car for another 4 minutes, I finally received my food. I thank her once more for her professionalism after hearing the cooks in the back complain about my order being placed at the window because their speaker and drive thru sensors are faulty.    Read moreThe guy taking my order today seemed to quickly become frustrated with me due to my large order at the drive thru and couldnât really answer any of my questions. I ordered the party sized nachos but felt like I paid $10 for a big box of chips because I only asked for meat and cheese and there was barely any meat or cheese on the nachos. I asked for sour cream on the side I didnât get that, nor did I get the mild sauce I asked for. I didnât complain or go back because I never like sending my food back after getting it. The customer service was horrible. The boy that took my order couldnât answer any of my questions and didnât make an effort to find out answers as I stated above but he was also not patient and I seemed rushed through my order. The girl that gave me my food and drink at the window was also not friendly at all. Where was the management today or are the employees like this even around management? I have had a hard time finding good food to eat in Georgia and good customer service as you will find with my other reviews.
