Dunkin' — Restaurant in Dover

I understand being busy and feeling stressed out as someone who's been a traveling corporate restaurant training manager for over 26 years understands high volume high stress. However the drive-thru was busy, and there were two guests in front of me, inside the lobby. There is no justification as to the manager, Jake(asked his name) screaming at his 4 employees and telling them to shut up. I was appalled and shocked that he would belittle and embarrass his employees in front of customers. The older woman in front of me looked at me in shock. I told the staff they were doing a great job. One younger woman looked like she was going to cry and the others put their heads down and continued to do their job taking care of us. I gave them a huge tip, thanked them for their hard work. During that time the manager left the floor and never came back while I was inside. I called to express my concern with customer service and thought I should write a review. I have never had an issue prior at this location. These days it's hard to staff any business and to see 4 hard working employees get treated like that was...

Although I have used this Dunkins location before without issues, today the service was terrible. Ordered a heated and buttered blueberry muffin and a sausage double no bread. Recieved the muffin not heated and no butter. The sausage double no bread had the cheese attached to the paper wrapper. I have ordered the same several and all was good. The sausage double had the cheese in between the egg and sausage, not on top to get stuck on the wrapper. On other occassions I have recieved the sausage double with an extra egg to compensate for no bread, sometimes they used the trays that are used to hold the sausage and egg. The service person did not greet me. No Hi, Good morning or anything. Just reached out her hand for the card/money, no receipt, no tag on the bag to say what was ordered. Greeter/server did not tell me how much my order was, practically threw my credit card back through the drive through window. Was not a pleasant...

Two stars because once every blue moon something comes out correct from this location. The last 3 times they've completely missed the mark, so much so I had to go back in and ask them to remake it because it was like drinking pure sugar. I hate complaining because I know they're younger and usually understaffed but it's impossible to get anything done right here.
