Roger's Pizza — Restaurant in Dover

Firstly, I want to say every dish I’ve tried is nothing but amazing!

However, I must express my disappointment regarding the delivery aspect of your service. On ALL delivery occasions, there have been errors each time with the orders I received. The most recent order for instance involved today’s garlic bread with cheese. I received four nice size slices of bread and two of them the cheese were burnt or over baked. This was quite disheartening, especially when this order was in a credit from a previous order a month ago! I didn’t call and complained because I was over it.

I understand that mistakes can happen, particularly during busy times, but I believe it’s crucial to address these issues to ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience. Perhaps reviewing the order, packing the order to make sure if it’s edible or the order is complete could help minimize these errors in the future.

I bring this to your attention not out of frustration, but because I genuinely enjoy your food and would love to continue supporting your business. I am confident that with some adjustments I’ll be visiting again sooner than later!

Oh, I can’t give any stars on atmosphere since I haven’t...

My friend and I are both multiple-injury-survivors, (and unrelated to that we're also a couple of silly weirdos haha). And you know what? We felt right at home in this absolutely wonderful restaurant.

We were greeted and welcomed and made to feel like we were no trouble at all (even though we kinda were, we took a long time to decide what we wanted), and we even got assistance from our server in ways that would have made wait staff at other places annoyed. And they were even busy! Really busy. So one would think there would be attitudes flying around, but instead we only had very pleasant, warm and welcoming people.

I know I spent a long time talking about the staff, but the food!?... Oh the food was absolutely amazingly high quality food! You could tell by the look, the flavor, the aroma and texture!

And you know how some restaurants have water that tastes gross, well not this place! It might be a weird compliment but we even liked the water. Delicious, tasty and refreshing.

I can't say enough about what a splendid time we had and we will absolutely...

Approaching the place I was pleasantly surprised because I thought I was going to a hole in the wall pizza joint. When I entered the building it smelled delicious and was excited to check out the menu. Was hungry for my favorite, pasta! Wanted to go with some Alfredo on Penne But was told that only fettuccine or spaghetti were my pasta options. I was then told that it was still going to cost me about $17, it was 16 and change, and that irritated me since on the menu the chicken broccoli Alfredo meal was $17. So your meaning to tell me that Even though I don't want the chicken and broccoli you're still going to charge me the same price? I just feel the menu should be revamped in that category because vegetarians and vegans like me would still like options that do not have to cost a fortune. And trust me I know $17 can be absolutely worth it for the right taste, but I am not going to comment on that at this time. Going to eat now and give you my second review based on the star of the show.... my Alfredo...
