Was here this past Friday 11/6. I had gone inside to place an order as I had a coupon and figured it was easier than going through the drive thru. When I placed my order there was only one other person waiting for their food and no one else in line so I figured it wouldn't take long. I was able to get my order in pretty quickly. They were pretty busy with the drive thru and eventually more people came in as well to place orders. This is where things got worse
There were quite a people now waiting inside for their food and for whatever reason it seems they were more preoccupied with the drive thru orders. I don't mind having to wait for my food but it took about 14 minutes from the time I ordered to receive my food when there was only one other person in front of me. What did bother me was that 3 people who came in after me and all placed bigger orders than me all received their food before me. They had to wait a while as well though but it was sort of like the employees just forgot about the people inside the restaurant. The people who were prepping the food seemed quick enough and I think I might have seen them put my order in a bag as there were a few bags sitting by where they prep the food but no one was checking on those orders and what was inside. A person who I assumed might have been a manager noticed that I was waiting a while and finally checked on my order and they had to make it again
Sort of crazy that it took 14 minutes for just a Whooper and chicken nuggets and 3 orders got in front of mine. Also I ordered the whopper with cheese and asked for ranch for the nuggets and received neither. At least I didn't get charged...

I looked at the screen which reflected an error of no onion no tomato. I brought this to the attention of the girl who took the order and she seemed to be very new at the job. She couldn't figure out how to change the order. Through the rest of the order, I noticed that the change never took place so I brought it up to her again and said I definitely have to have onion and please change it to no pickle no tomato. Again she was confused and said not to worry she would take care of it. She was very kind and I trusted that she would verbally yell over to the food prepared to make the change to no pickle no tomato and to include onions on the burger. Whether she did or not, I do not know.
When I got home the first thing I see on the outside of my burger package is the tomato crossed out and the onion crossed out so I knew right away The order was still incorrect. Of course I then ate the burger with no onion and no tomato.
Normally, I call back to the restaurant to make them aware of the error and to get some satisfaction. I've been in this Burger King and they are always understaffed, so I imagine that calling them would have just taken someone's attention away from other customers so I didn't bother. Second time around went through the drive through like the first time but this time asked the worker to please make sure my burgers were prepared like I asked because last time they didn't make order like I asked and was charged for it. She replied by saying that she would make sure that the order was made as directed. She then gave me my food and said she checked and they were right. I took her word (which I shouldn't). Upon arrival back to my job and to my surprise, my order was not correct again. They forgot to add bacon and was charged for it. I know its not the end of the world and its just bacon but you're charging me for it when you also said you checked my order over and said it was right. I would understand if they were super busy but I was the only car in the drive through and had no customer in the lobby.
