Mambo Grill Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Downey

Arrived at this restaurant not being our top choice, but since we were third in line we decided to wait. No reservation could be taken over the phone, as our party got to go in, the males were padded down (LOL) upon ordering drinks, they came out in a plastic cup packed with ice and about 4 oz of liquid. What a steal (pun intended) the service was horrible, but I get it they were super busy, but if you’re a waiter/waitress you work for the tips. Guess this waitress didn’t want one. I will admit the chicken nachos were fresh and tasty, sadly it was the only thing we order...

We went to see el clasico ordered when the game was at 30 mins it took them 45mins to tell us they weren't serving lunch when it was already noon so then we ordered breakfast two of them came out the third order took them an hour and a half the game ended and my friend still didn't have his food he tipped but i quote "worst customer service" very disorganized, the cook should have prioritized his food for their incompetence. Also if you have to wait two hours for food it shouldn't have been charged! Especially when its eggs and chorizo that doesn't take...

First of all I ordered a cheeseburger it had a hair in it .. I was with a couple of other people which killed there appetite... We spoke to a manager his name was Fernando he didn't want to refund us our money... Then he claimed he didn't speak any English.. Was very frustrating... If I could mark a zero I would.. Very bad customer service & Shame on the manager / owner for not being professional and take care of his customer.. So we lost our money & didn't even eat...BTW I believe any good reviews on this place has to b friends or...
