I gave the Grocery Outlet on Firestone Blvd in Downey a 2-star rating, and unfortunately, my experience was quite unsatisfactory for several reasons:

The overall cleanliness of the store was subpar. I observed trash on the floors, and the shelves appeared dusty. This lack of cleanliness detracted from the overall shopping experience. Customer Service (1 star):
I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed unfamiliar with the products they stocked, and this lack of knowledge made it difficult to get assistance or recommendations. Adequate training for the staff in product knowledge could significantly enhance the customer experience. Product Quality and Selection (1 star):
I noticed expired products on the shelves, which is concerning for both health and satisfaction reasons. Additionally, the store seemed to have a limited selection, particularly lacking in everyday items that one would typically expect to find in a grocery store. Management Availability (1 star):
On the occasion when I needed assistance or wanted to address a concern, there was no management available. This lack of managerial presence can be frustrating, as customers often seek resolution or clarification on various matters. Wait Times (1 star):
The store suffered from long wait times at the checkout due to having only one cashier available. This led to a less-than-ideal and time-consuming experience for customers. Prices (2 stars):
While the prices were deemed acceptable, they were contingent on being comfortable with unfamiliar or odd name brands. This could be a factor for customers who prefer well-known or trusted brands. The employee witness the incident. He called the manager on duty name of Juan, the manager did not want to replace my three dollar drink after spending seventy five dollars at their store. I complained to Juan that these carts are not safe and glass items can fall through them. These carts suppose to have a plastic flap blocking the open area.
