As a seasoned connoisseur of the culinary world, I find myself typically inclined to indulge in the reliable and delightful offerings of Mod Pizza. However, on this fateful day, I found myself venturing into an abyss of mediocrity as I entered the realm of this particular Mod Pizza establishment.
The scene was set with a cacophony of employees milling about behind the counter, creating an illusion of efficiency that was quickly shattered by the reality of idle customers, impatiently tapping their feet as they awaited their doughy delights. One could not help but ponder the peculiar allocation of labor.
As a consummate professional, I pride myself on maintaining a gracious demeanor, understanding that the occasional misstep can occur in even the finest of establishments. Alas, this experience was one that tested my composure to the very limit. Not only was the preparation of our meal executed in a manner that could only be described as hapless, but the lone plea for extra sauce fell on deaf ears.
The pièce de résistance arrived in the form of doughy disks marred by unsightly bald spots, as if the chef had chosen to play a cruel game of whack-a-mole with the dough. To add insult to injury, three out of four pizzas were presented with a mere suggestion of being sliced, leaving one to wrestle with the stubborn crust in a futile attempt to enjoy the meal.
In sum, this Mod Pizza outpost served up a symphony of disappointment, a far cry from the delicious harmony I have come to expect from this otherwise...
Read moreCool spot! It's actually pretty cool. Kind of set up like a Chipotle/subway type line.. you get the type of crust you want.. and the toppings you want.. they do have a popular menu options for you to choose. But I highly recommend you create your own, but have in mind what toppings you would like before you enter, so you sound like a pro. They also have beer to drink, if that's interest you in your meal. Some fresh juices like lemonade also gives it a positive vibe. I got the (Dillion James)pizza.. which is similar to the Margherita pizza.. I was actually pretty impressed! (See pictures below to see it). Pricing was pretty fair in my opinion, 1 pizza does feed about 1.5 people. (Not enough for 2.. but definitely enough for 1) I would highly recommend.. especially to take in to the AMC ...
Read moreThis place has such a fantastic atmosphere. You enter it and see this wall full of pictures of people who seem to have enjoy a meal at the place and workers preparing it. The prices for it are a little bit high though however for the opportunity to create your own pizza from scratch is not bad. The people that work there are very friendly and professional, they always seems to be doing something. The pizza was good but I would have like that the crust was a little more puffy. The serve strawberry lemonade so that is a plus in my eyes. Overall the place has potential, and I innovative way. I think they are good for anyone that is tired of the same all same all of other...
