Worst customer service!! I picked up an acai bowl weeks back. The acai bowl was melted and the fruit was old. After I complained to the manager, they asked me to come back for a free replacement, they would put my name down for another acai bowl. It had been a few weeks and I decided to try it again and the manager, tells me that they only have your name down for a week. Well they never told me that!! This manager was like, there is no way I'm giving you an acai bowl (exaggerating a bit) but it's pretty much how Dae treated the situation. Nevertheless, I won't be coming back again and I will share this with my family who frequents this place. I much prefer Nevera ANYWAY! Fresher, not as sweet, and their customer service is outstanding! They have movita beat even on the meal...

I FREAKING LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH, MY WORK OUT PARTNERS AND I GO ALMOST EVERY GYM SESSION AND THE STAFF HERE ARE SO NICE AND PATIENT WITH US. I USUALLY GET THIS BOWL WITH PROATS (PROTEIN/OATS), STRAWBERRIES, BANANAS, NUTELLA, AND PEANUT BUTTER......AND LAWD HAVE MERCY THIS IS SO BOMB! SHOUT OUT TO SOFIE/SOPHIE WHO PUT THE HOMIES ON AFTER...

I almost busted all over the floor, this was so god dam good!! The lady was understanding when I said the wrong thing and fixed it fast, they had free samples of drinks there and they made my drinks fast!! This is the first time me going in person since i’ve only ever ordered off uber but it’s even better in person, PRAISE...
