
You know what, I was going to give this Place a 1 star. But it wouldn't be fair to the rest of the employees here. I walked in today at 4:25p.m., the young lady kindly let me know they were closing in 5 minutes. I quickly proceeded to get my order done, do to the fact that I already knew what we wanted (5 drinks).
She was polite, friendly and kind; as well as the gentleman that was cleaning and picking up, 2 other young ladies who, although it had been a long hot and rough day, they dismissed us with a smile as we went out the door..... BUT!! BUT!! LET ME TELL YOU WHO GETS THE 1 STAR... the girl who gave us our drinks. I dont know her name, and I definitely dont care for it. But, her attitude was the worst I have ever encountered in this Starbucks. We didnt walk in at 11:55 p.m. , we didnt walk in early at 6.am, we walked in at 4:25 p.m.
My oldest said to her, "Thank you so much, I appreciate it." Ms.Sassy Thangg just looked at us with such attitude, and grossly looked away. Not even a you're welcome, or my pleasure. Nada.
I was going to say something to her for not having manners, and because she looked at my oldest with an attitude 🙄. But, my youngest were also there, and I wasnt going to give her the privilege to make my afternoon sour up, and turn negative.
I had a great morning with my kids, but her attitude can surely make someone's day go bad, rotten apple.
Now I see why many starbucks...

Read moreFirst time here. Waiting for 20 minutes in what turned it to be the mobile orders. Upsetting to see my order towards the back, the see me here but don't say anything. Food was cold. I explained it was my first time ordering and didn't know where the pick up was at. There are no signs where to pick up. After requesting if they were able to warm up my food, receiving my food with an attitude "is this yours?". I guess we both started off with a bad day.
