We were recommended this place as having Vegan options. We called and asked what type of vegan options they had and the kid on the phone sounded confused and said they had gluten free items. I clarified that I was looking for vegan options and the website stated they did have them. He asked someone else at the location and then informed me they did have vegan options.

We headed over to the location to place an order and asked the young woman at the front counter what type of vegan options they had. She had no clue. She seems extremely flustered and apologized and said, sorry, we have a new system. And then asked what we wanted. I informed her that I would like a large pizza with Vegan cheese and she couldn’t ring up the order. She had the pizza maker come over and assist and then said ok, would you like anything else. I said, yes, and asked again about the vegan options, the veggie meatball or the vegan wings. She then said she didn’t know and I asked her to ask anyone else in the location or possibly a manager. I informed her that we would like to try a bunch of things. She then brought the pizza maker back over and he said the veggie meatball had egg in it and so did the vegan chicken wings and he didn’t know why the website showed them as vegan because they are veggie. I said ok, disappointed, but it was what it was.

I paid and the system barely worked to accept payment. It was like that for everyone and people were vocally frustrated by it and some just paid cash when the system wouldn’t accept the card.

I also informed the person at the counter that we were picking two orders up from my sister in law since they were coming back to my place to eat. I gave them the names of the two orders and they said ok, they aren’t ready yet. They proceeded to make our food and when it was ready, we asked them about the other 2 pick up orders. The one was for a Stromboli without cheese. The pizza guy said that the Stromboli was made with cheese as they don’t make it without cheese. I was concerned as we were right there waiting for 35 minutes and he could have informed us about this. I was always annoyed with the place and I was going to leave and go elsewhere, but my family already placed the 2 orders for pickup, so we got the food and went back home. My sister in law was appalled that they just made the Stromboli with cheese when it was an option to modify with no cheese. I don’t get this place either and I informed her that I would leave a review because no one at this restaurant had a clue about anything.

The food was unimpressive. The dough for the pizza and Stromboli was good, but that’s about it.

I’m disappointed because we drove 20 minutes to try a place that was recommended in our vegan group and they have items advertised on the website that apparently aren’t vegan. I don’t know who to trust. The other thing is, the entire staff at the restaurant is clueless with these menu items. We have a hybrid family with vegan, vegetarians and omnivores and we would have liked for this place to be added to our mix of regular takeout/dine-in, but after this first visit, we...

My wife and I came today 11/21/2022 and ordered the oriental sesame wings, cheesesteak with mushrooms, fried onions, and mayo with sauce on the side, and an order of large fries.

Even cheesesteak aficionados would rate this a really good cheesesteak. The only thing that would set it higher would be if they toasted the bread beforehand for a nice crisp (Ninos in Horsham does this standard and its fantastic). I asked afterwards and the owner said he prefers it that way as he also loves grinders, but most don't, so its not standard. Next time. While i think of it, perhaps could have used a bit more meat; but they definitely didn't skimp on the meat by any means, the cheese to meat ratio is great already, so it didn't lose any points in my book. In fact, given meat prices, it's perfectly understandeable. Mushrooms and onions were great as well if that's your thing, because it is mine.

The sauce for the cheesesteak is what separates it a class above many others. I eat my cheesesteaks with sauce, and some places it's basically Ragu. Not Nats. Whatever it is, it's delicious.

The wings they charge by the pound, which might seem strange considering you could get 7 or you could get 10, but these wings are massive so its always likely a lower number. The oriental sesame flavor is like if you mixed honey, soy, and eel sauce with a strong hit of sesame flavor. Very delicious. The meat was well cooked and deliciously meaty.

Fries are exactly what you'd expect if you expected good fries. I'm not a fry guy, but my wife seemed to like them enough.

The atmosphere is clean and a blast from the past from your traditional pizza place; no muss, no fuss. The two tvs in the place coincidentally (or perhaps not so coincentally) had Fox news playing on the right, and CNN playing on the left; both muted. The bathroom was clean but dated and could do with renovating, but I wasn't grossed out.

Overall it's always a great experience, and even though we didn't get it this time my wife actually likes the pizza here when we get it takout despite not liking pizza, so that's...

Well let me just say I have never ordered from this place before today, and bad experience. The female delivery women was very nasty. I am a travel nurse. I travel all over PA and some in the city , so today I was working in Doylestown and got hungry asked around the establishment where’s a good place to order from they all referred here so naturally I did. My order came up to 33. I had to run to wawa to get money out the Mac the driver has arrived earlier than I expected but it’s just across the street so I hurried long. I apologized to her for the SHORT wait not knowing the short distance drive. She didn’t acknowledge that she kept saying the total and saying do I need change before I could even get the money out ... and I pulled out 35 dollars and she immediately said it’s 33 now I did have more money but before I could even reach for it bc she didn’t even have the order in her hand she left it in side she says a dollar a dollar tip turns around laugh and says I’ll keep that in mind the next time you order ! I was in awe because who says that, second miss you were so worried about the tip before I even paid or even got a chance to think about giving you more towards the tip.Rude I’m not sure how much money she wanted me to give her for her driving 4 mins .5miles down the st she didn’t serve me she’s not a waitress she didn’t even acknowledge my apology for having her wait. I will never order from here again to the owner your food was good and I feel bad that people don’t tip but that lady and her attitude she’s lucky I’m a nice person and I absolutely have...

I was so excited to try this place from the reviews. Unfortunately, they were a miss for us... *The advertised Nat's 'Jumbo' wings literally had bare bones showing. There's no way these were 6-9 wings/ pounds. One of the sauces I ordered was missing entirely (Hot & Sweet Plum). Also, the orders of wings were missing the celery it advertised it would come it. *The pierogies were Freezer-burned in spots, which was a shame because that was something my 92yr old grandmother was really looking forward to. *I'd love to review their "Traditional Beef & Peas" Arancini, unfortunately they gave me 2 of the "Spinach & Ricotta Cheese" part of my order. It was probably the best thing put out, even though it didn't have much of a ricotta flavor. *The only other part of our meal that was good was the Molasses Bacon dry rub, it stood out even while eating the bare bones chicken wings it came on.
