Planet Smoothie — Restaurant in Doylestown

Today I went into the store and the person working there came out of the back without a face mask on. They have a sign at the front door saying that everyone must be wearing a face mask. The woman put her mask on after she said hello and did not wash her hands or put on gloves. Throughout the process of making my drink she kept playing with her mask and repeatedly it would fall below her nose and would touch it to adjust it. She asked me how I felt about masks and if I thought they were necessary. Without wanting to sound rude, I politely said that I think they are important to keeping others safe and that I think we should continue to wear them. She continued to ask me questions about what I thought the future was going to look like with this, and seemed shocked that I said that I expected this to be the new normal. Apparently she is taking a survey of all the people who come in. She was very kind while asking but it was easy to read between the lines.

05/29/20. I ordered 11 drinks at the last second due to work getting busy. I felt extremely bad but the two employees Tara and Rachel were amazing. They were able to get my order done and went as far as to labeling the drink with what it was and the names it belonged to for me. They even put them in a box and a carrier to make it easier for me to carry. They even went as far as to helping me carry my drinks to my car. All while helping out other customers. These two somehow are always the ones working when I go to get my smoothies. They have excellent customer service and deserve...

It was my first time there and although the smoothies were good the service was lackluster at best. It was a slow night and the three young people working just wanted the night to end. No smiles, no greeting when we walked in. And as we were leaving I noticed one employee sitting on top of what looked like a chest freezer, with her feet up on it, busy on her phone.
