I gave 3 stars for food as it was somewhat fresh, meaning it was recently heated. The 1 star for service was totally lack of competance or understanding with the person running drinks, which is the first area the diner gets to when in line. We had about 30 people in front of us and somebody wanted coffee. The line did not move for at least 15 minutes due to this. I did hear fro other diners that they were having problems with the machines. I would give zero starts for the atmosphere. This was at 7pm and the restaurnat looked like a tornado hit it. There was trash everywhere, tables were disgusting, trash cans overflowing, dirty trays stacked up. we did not get trays with our order.
As another diner noted, what is the point of all day dining pass if you end up just standing in line all over.
And yes, another sore spot is the attitude towards the drinks and recycling. You give us paper cups for sodas, that can not easily be recycled or reused due to lack of facilities and refills are either not easy to do or not allowed.
Honestly think that Seaworld should rethink how they run their food businesses and the image they want to present. Currently, the image is very poor.
Lastly I will add the industry itself is realy out of wack with pricing. $7 for a $.30 bottle of water. $15 for a $2...
Read moreThe restaurant is located right next to Flamecraft Bar in Seaworld. I would call it mediocre theme park food.
PROS: The fries are good and they have chicken tenders, mac and cheese, and uncrustables with oranges. So, for bringing kids along to this place, that can come in handy. They do offer healthy options like grilled chicken over some fresh greens with matchstick carrots and cherry tomatoes, “fresh fruit,” which in this day was some tangerines, and a grilled chicken wrap (mostly wrap breading).
CONS: The price. Hands down this is one of the more expensive theme park restaurants for what you get. They had a delicious looking pickle which they serve cut in half, but the pickle is $7 or $8 dollars. I’m no stranger to expensive theme park food but this was a bit much for my family. We got two salads, one wrap, two bottles of Dasani water, one slice of chocolate cake, fries, and a cup of Mac and cheese and it was $90. The atmosphere was a little surprisingly low quality. Seaworld has such lovely stores and landscaping, walking into the dining hall of this restaurant feels kind of strangely dated with a small stage that looks like it isn’t in operation any longer and there was country music playing which isn’t wrong but the vibe was weird. Not a Sea...
Read moreTo start, I wouldn't even give this place a star if possible.Came here with my three friends and immediately the prices were ridiculous, for example, they wanted $13 for 3 chicken fingers, 3!!The lady at the counter had an attitude just for serving the drinks and as we were making our way down the line, they started running out of chicken fingers, not that they didn't have enough, it was because they weren't serving them fast enough. We waited about 10 minutes to get food and my girlfriend finally got some chicken fingers after a few people ahead of her, but she got the last few before they ran out again. She went and sat down to eat and came back to the line minutes later to show that the fingers were still raw on the inside. The lady looked angry and just took them and asked if she wanted something else.We just went and paid for our drinks and her wasted food she couldn't even eat and left.We will not be going back to the seafire grill again.Oh and I found that they charged my card for two meals instead of one as well, so yeah. While in SeaWorld, keep track of your money and steer clear of this restaurant.Best...
