1 employee working on a Friday night. Walk in, there's 1 person in line, so I'm thinking this won't take long at all. Said employee looks up at me and looks back down. No hey how you doing, or even a hello. I notice he has 3 subs half made and he isn't interacting with the person in front of me. He finishes making the subs and puts them to the side. Ok, so I'm thinking he had an online order come through and he's finishing them up. Cool, no problem. He then begins to make the subs for the person in front of me, and I've been in the store about 6-7 minutes now. No problem. Here's where things go downhill and fast. So he puts the subs for the person in front of me in the toaster, and I hear the ticket machine start printing out another online order. This dude still hasn't acknowledged me yet and starts making the online order instead of serving me, as I was next in line and it's now going on 10 minutes. Another group of customers walk in and they get in line to wait for service, and one guy asks how long I've been in line. I told him about 10 minutes and the person in front of me asks why the employee is making online orders instead of finishing his order. Employee mumbles something and turns around to get the subs out of the toaster and finishes them. By now it's been 15 minutes and I'm next in line, but said employee goes back to making online orders and still doesn't acknowledge me. The people behind me start grumbling as well, and after another 5 minutes, he finally asks what I want. He wasn't friendly, didn't apologize for the wait, and didn't want to throw out old brown lettuce and replace it with fresh lettuce when I asked. Read moreJust went over to pick up a sandwich with my husband on 8/7/2024 at around 10:30pm who has never been to a subway in the states. He was very excited and wanted to film his sandwich. Everything was going great until we were in the parking lot taking a picture in front of the store to commemorate the experience when one of the employees came out and yelled at us from across the parking lot. He yelled that they have cameras in the store and we need to ask permission to record and should have asked before recording their faces. We assured and reassured him that we did not take any photos or videos of either of the employees assisting us and only took video and or photos of the shop, ourselves and our sandwiches. He proceeded to keep yelling at us from the front door of the store when we are about to get into our vehicle that if we want to record we should go to another subway but not here. I came here to leave this review and as I can see from other posts, clearly there has not previously been an issue with people recording or taking photos which actually did include employees faces- unlike ours and they seem to have had perfectly normal experiences. I don’t understand why, if he took issue he chose to yell at us from across the parking lot essentially telling us not to come back instead of politely asking us not to record while we were still in the shop. Read moreworst experience of my life ... i have never been so mistreated in a store or restaurant .. Rude attendant, lack of respect for the consumer, even threatened to call the police for me. I made my purchase through the app and arriving there to pickup my order the store doors were already closed, the attendant didn't even want to know the reason why I was there at the door and told me to leave without even listening to me, or giving me an explanation. After a lot of insintence a customer who was inside the store opened the door so that I could speak as the clerk, and he again, being arrogant told me to leave and said that it was not his fault and that he had no more bread for fulfill my request, that the manager was not there and that he was alone and because that the next day they would make the refund of my payment, then when I went to check the app to see if I had any other address option, or if there was some notification of order cancellation, still trying to understand how there was no bread if I placed the order for the app 30 minutes before, paid for it and drove 25 minutes to the store to get it, then when he saw me still inside the store asked if I was deaf, and what was my difficulty in understanding. that either I leave his store immediately or he would call the police !! Such behavior is inadmissible on the part of the attendant. I never felt so humiliated...
