Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Draper

This is my second time at Draper, Utah, trying to give Jimmy John's the benefit of a doubt regarding my experience with the 1st sandwich/sub here in Draper, Ut. 2nd time ordering - My opinion and freedom of speech constitutional right is that a dismal failure, too. The Order did not meet the sale quality of food and it was not done as requested. I ordered a 16 inch Roast beef, L, T, O and Cheese with mayo and mustard. The bread was small (dense not airy) and too thin/narrow and it was the size of a cheap hotdog bun. The meat was 1 slice in length tobeach other, the condiments- mayo was added and scraped only leaving an oily thin spread, was minuscule in quantity (hardly, if any or at all that I could not see the whiteness of mayo), and there was zero yellow mustard as requested. I will never spend my money in such low quality food. A felt total dissapointment and regret. I even wondered if the CEO OF JIMMY JOHNS WERE TO VISIT AND ORDER, INCOGNITO, THE SUB Being SERVED HERE, HE WOULD FIND HIMSELF DISSAPOINTED, TOO. JIMMY JOHN'S REPUTATION has to be IN SERIOUS PERIL HERE. I Wonder if this is the trend elsewhere, too. I WOULD RATHER PAY MORE AND EAT A TRUE JJ SUB. Every Saturday I usually get a sandwich from this location on my way to work right around 6:50pm and have had lots of great experiences, but my last two experiences have been really poor. The first of these two experiences there was hair baked into the bread. Not just in or on the sandwich, inside the bread! I didn’t like that obviously, so I reported it to, I think, corporate who redirected my report to this location. They kindly emailed me back and asked if they could send me a gift card, I gladly accepted! I generally love Jimmy johns and was happy with how they resolved this. I received my $10 gift card and decided to pick up Jimmy johns on my way to work again on Saturday may 15th of 2022. As per usual, I pre ordered my sandwich before I started my 20 minute commute to work, then stopped at this location. They hadn’t even started my order yet… I got there at 6:50 and had work at 7pm. I didn’t leave the location until 7:03 and was late to work. The employees did give me a free side for the wait, but it was still quite frustrating.

I do like the food and I’ll likely be back, but I really hope I don’t keep having...

I feel weird reviewing a big guy food chain, but... I love you, Jimmy. I'm on a diet and the Unwich is superb. This is the closest location to my work with a convenient drive thru. I'm addicted to my unwiches and get one at least once a week as my going out for lunch treat. Every drive thru worker has been so friendly. I order online ahead of time to pick up in the drive thru and its always ready for me immediately. Except today when I was "starving blacked out" and drove over right after ordering. I had to wait a few minutes and the gentleman thanked ME for waiting. No, thank YOU, Mr. John. I'm sorry I drove over too quickly. I even forgot to order a drink once and asked if I could add it at the window and they just gave it to me for free and I thought that was very kind. The food is always so fresh, crisp, and COLD.
