Dunkin' — Restaurant in Dripping Springs

1 star only because NO stars is not an option!! I have given this location several tries and it's always been a poor experience. I have yet to receive a correct order on the first try! They make one order at a time in the drive thru and then move to the next and the inefficiencies here create extremely long waits! Ordering online is a SHAM! They still don't make the order until you pull up to the drive thru window! Today, though, was the ABSOLUTE WORST experience I have had! Ordered via uber eats. Pretty simple order: 2 bagels NOT toasted (1 with cream cheese), a croissant not toasted and bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. Received 2 TOASTED bagels, 1 croissant not toasted, and a plain toasted croissant. Went back in to get the order corrected and was told the bagels were not toasted and the dark rings around the edges were normal for NOT toasted bagels. OFFENSIVE that they would lie rather than just correct the order!! They admitted the croissant order was incorrect and corrected. I asked to place another order for a bagel NOT toasted with cream cheese (if this one was made correctly, I could point out the lack of dark rings). Well, they removed 1 toasted bagel and the toasted croissant from my bag and gave it back to me. The new bag had the croissant sandwich and a plain unwrapped bagel (not sliced or wrapped up) sitting in the bottom of the bag. This place gives new definition to the term CUSTOMER DISSERVICE!!!!!!!!!!! I will NEVER again give this place another cent!!!!! Dunkin Donuts...

I don’t like leaving poor reviews, but hopefully this will help the business make some positive changes. The past 2 times I’ve been in I’ve been seriously disappointed and frustrated. Today and again 2 weeks ago. Both times I had a 25-30 minute wait. That’s insane for a cup of coffee and some kolaches. Today when I was there it was approximately 10:20 am. So still early in the day, and the floors and place seemed filthy inside. Much more than normal traffic. It seemed as if the place had not been swept or mopped in days at least. Gross to look at while you’re waiting for your food to made. If it’s this dirty in the front where customers are, how dirty is it in the back? Last time I was there I ordered a box of donuts and a box of kolaches. I was handed my boxes and I asked if one was donuts and one was kolaches the employee said yes. I drove home only to find 2 boxes of donuts. I returned back to the store to exchange 1 box of donuts for the kolaches I had orders and paid for and not even a apology was even given. Then today I stood and waited for almost half and hour waiting for my 3 kolaches and a breakfast sandwich. I’m that time I also saw 5 people leave the line due to the long wait. There needs to be a better system in place for timely-ness and more staff during busy times Of the day. Sadly, very disappointed so far. Hopefully things change...

This Dunkin’ has really tasty doughnuts ! Other locations in Austin are so so at best. This is what Dunkin’ is supposed to taste like! The fun treats in the Baskin Robbins are also really good. The Halloween cones are nostalgic fun for kids of all ages. But the staff ; the staff is one that in addition to good food make it worth coming back everyday for a smile and above and beyond customer service. Klad , a young man, was approached by a mom and a little girl and they had rushed over after some event because they were told they were giving out scoops of ice cream. He had to say no they stopped that and the mom and little girl said ok and took it like champs and began to walk off. I simply muttered “ oh come on , it’s a little girl “ and he took it upon himself to get that little girl a scoop of ice cream. The mom and child lit up like Christmas and it still makes me smile , the warmth of that moment. But everyday there are moments like that. Every morning I used my survey for a free doughnut and my coupon for cheap coffee and they treat me like a king for my $2.50. They’ve gotten me ice for my ice chest so my milk wouldn’t go bad. Belterra is represented by the young folks working that location. The always have a crowd right up till they close because people love those moments.
