Dunkin' — Restaurant in Dublin

I just had a jaw-dropping experience at this location. This was a showcase of the most disrespectful, insensitive, and outright unhelpful behavior I have ever seen. My father and I pulled into the drive-thru at around 3:30pm. on 11/28/23. I was driving. There was one car waiting at the speaker (no one else was ahead of her). We waited for honestly 10-15 minutes behind the car. The car in front of us put their car in drive and sped off (did not order, did not stop at the window). When I pulled up to the speaker, the wait continued for another 10 minutes or more. By this time, cars started to line up behind me, so I assumed the speaker was broken and pulled up to the window. I waited for even longer, and the truck behind me pulled around also. Eventually, a worker opens the window and says, "You already ordered?" I replied with,"Not yet, I assumed your speaker was broken so I pulled up." The worker then responded with "what you want? We're busy and there's a line behind you!" I want to add that the workers' tone and body language seemed very hostile. I asked what the workers name was and they replied with "Aj." This may be a cover name or lie, but that was the name given. My father grew impatient and told me to simply drive off and we would go to Starbucks instead. The worker heard this as we were leaving and yelled, "Bye then!" Overall, this was a very distasteful interaction. I understand if they were busy and were not answering the intercom until they were ready, but I was very simple and kind in the beginning. There was no need in a nasty attitude out the gate. I am very candid in my reviews, and that can be seen in the ones I have done. I will add that I have gotten drinks from this location, and they have tasted very strange compared to other Dunkin locations. This review is not only because of this interaction. Long rant...I will never go back to dunkin donuts located at 1949 Veterans Blvd, Dublin, GA 31021. Went to get my free drink I earned with my app points n after they scanned my code n took my points off they preceed to tell me that the code didn't go through yet it still took my points away and free coupon. The man then begins to tell Me that I can't get a large Latta with said coupon. So I pull up the terms and in black n white it clearly states I can. Of course I show him. Not to mention this isn't the first time I've earned a free Latta. Needless to say he tells me the terms on the coupon are wrong !! Umm ok. Can a Manger refund me my 900 plus points back at least ?? His answer...no sorry we have no Manger here at the moment. Ummm ok can I have the number to someone to help me later?? No ma'am. We don't have any number. He then tells me I can call the other dubkin that is across town and speak to someone. So I call the other dunkin and speak with a Manger who is very polite and apologizes for the trouble the previous employee put me through. He also informs me that indeed my coupon was right. He don't know why this man told me any different. Anyhow I will not be returning to that location every again....

I ordered a mango smoothie and they asked if I wanted banana and I specifically said no bananas. When I got it there were bananas in it. That wouldn't have been a problem if I liked bananas but I don't eat them or like the flavor. I called to let them know what had happened and the young lady that answered the phone apologized and didn't say anything else. I asked her "so what can we do about this"... I then hear her ask who I assume is the manager... Are you gonna give this lady a free smoothie? The manager gets on the phone and I explained what happened and the manager advised me to bring the old one back and they'll replace it. Luckily I work at an office across the parking lot and was able to run over.
