We love Erik's normally so writing this review saddens me. We have used the Dublin location on 3 occasions now while we await our San Ramon one to re open from its refit. The first occasion wasn't too bad however the 2nd occasion on the 30th March and the 3rd occasion today was very disappointing. I went in both times and clearly gave my order and the sales assistant read it back as I asked for it, yet on the second occasion the soups were luke warm at best and ingredients from our sandwiches that we had requested was missing. As it was the same ingredients in both sandwiches that was missing we didn't think anything of it and thought maybe they had ran out, although would of been nice if they had told us. Then today after making sure my request for sandwich fillings was understood and read back to me correctly yet again my husbands sandwich was missing the same ingredient as before but this time mine had it, so definitely not a supply issue and to make matters worse the bread from both sandwiches was stale. Intact the gluten free bread was so bad my husband couldn't bite into it! We live in San Ramon so we have had to weigh up whether it was worth the fuel to take it back and complain or just loose the $5.99 of the sandwich.

Roast beef is always good, turkey is outstanding, and when I'm in the mood for a pastrami on rye (cold for me). I love the house dressing for green salads and the pasta salad is always delicious. Their chili is very flavorful and perfect in a cold day to warm you up or maybe you prefer stew? I've had a few of their soups over the years and all were very tasty and full of flavor! It's been awhile since I've had their lasagna, but it was always one of my favorites to order if it was closer to dinner time. You just can't go wrong when...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered a natural high sandwich, no onions. However the pita bread tasted stale, the sandwich should of had plenty of avocado, tomatoes, secret goo, sunflower seeds, and Alfalfa sprouts, But the sandwich lacked consistency and avocado and tomatoes, etc. It was basically a pita pockets stuff with sprouts and that was it. Total disappointment. The place has gone downhill, basically dead inside. I don't like it when places cheap and skimpy on the ingredients, and this place sucks... I won't be going back to...
