American Deli — Restaurant in Duluth

If i could give them a "0" I certainly would. This is my first time ordering something different than my norm of wings and fries. I ordered 5 wings and fried rice. I placed my order over and phone and I wasn't aware they're "COMBO" meals with rice do NOT come with drinks and the cashier failed to inquire if I wanted a drink, much less advise that the drink is NOT included until I seen her provide another customer with his drink cups and asked for my cup. In turn, I was then informed the meal does not come with a drink and it would have costed more than the ridiculous cost of $10 as is. How asinine is that?! Anyway they told me give them 10 mins. After 20 minutes my food still was NOT ready. My food was SUB PAR to say the least. My chicken wings were so small and over fried so I couldn't eat those, and if I was able to eat them I would have still been starving since the wings they have the audacity to charge and serve is not worth it. I usually look at my food before purchasing but the owner was slick and tried to hurry showing me my food and close it before I could really see what was served. I asked to open the container and she seemed offended by the thought and tried to rush and close it again throwing sauce (which i do not eat) in the bag so I could leave the store. The rice was sooooo greasy and sticky and they put maybe 3 carrots and green beans literally EACH in all the nasty rice they served and filled the rice with nothing but onions. Honestly wish I could give this place no stars. Just left this place. I was the girl with the purple hair hopefully the little Korean woman in the front will read this and recognize how nasty her behavior is. This establishment is super unprofessional. I’ve been to American delis way older and down south Atlanta that have treated me with much more respect and actually got my order right every single time. I honestly wish I would’ve gotten a picture of the sad salad this woman has tried to sell to me on three different occasions. This time I had enough and didn’t end up paying and walked out the door respectfully and the little Korean lady in the front (who looked like she was staring her entire clientele down as I walked in the door) got loud with me and I tried to explain to her she has to stop being so cheap and actually fill her salad containers to fill her customers and then started yelling at me in Korean. I walked out following her crazy episode. I’m driving down pleasant hill and she had the audacity to call my phone! She says ”what was wrong with your salad we don’t recognize you and it’s law customer pay for their order.” (All lies) Save your money and eat somewhere else there’s a great place right down Pleasant Hill behind the Applebee’s called Lattea that would appreciate the business and their food...

Don't eat there. Horrible and rude workers/owners. French fries were under cooked and soggy. Guy was very unprofessional when I went to get a refund. How can any place mess up French fries.

Reply to Owner : Your entire reponse was a lie. First it wasn't an hour later. Yes some time elasped between me purchasing the fries and bringing them back definitely not an hour. I purchased the fries and drove home( 9 minutes away ) and took my laundry out my car along with the fries. Proceeded to eat the fries and unfortunate for me they were subpar. Soft and soggy and uncooked. I said if I purchased fries from somewhere else that were properly cooked and even if it was 40 minutes or an hour later which it wasn't in my case they still wouldn't be soggy and soft like mashed potatoes. Fries get cold and dry as they age. They were soggy due to being under cook before they crisp up. Tell them how rude you was to me trying to get a refund which was my right. You got loud called me a liar and said to never come back in front of other customers. That was my first and last time going to that...
