This is new restaurant opened just couple of weeks. I’ve been there twice, always packed with customers waiting. In addition to the standard menu options, you can also make your own food selections at bar table, that’s what I did both times. The lady owner is very friendly and helpful to assist you to pick suitable soup bases. It’s very kind of her to offer complimentary noodle (长寿面)on my birthday. They have some rare and fresh ingredients that you normally don’t find in other Asian restaurants. If you plan for lunch, I would recommend go there early like shortly after 11 am over the weekend, to avoid waiting, and don’t forget to check in via the barcode as soon as you arrive, to be on the waitlist…unless you are lucky to be seated...

Read moreWe were not sure we wanted to stay at this restaurant that didn’t serve traditional Chinese food. After speaking with them, we selected the items for our bowls and were amazed at our meals. I loved the privacy screen. We will be back soon....
