I was so excited about the opening that I went 2 times and made a 3rd order to take home while sitting there eating yesterday. I got chicken littles for breakfast, chicken nuggets for dinner, and ordered a spicy chicken deluxe to take home and eat later. Overall, the experience went good. The food was good and the lines moved quickly. The only issue I had was that the take order I made while sitting there never made it to my table. I waited about 30 minutes and started to think somethings not right because I got my food I ordered 30 minutes before very quickly and it was busy. So I ended up waiting in line again and then I finally get to the front and I tell them at this point I've been waiting over a half hour for a sandwich and they look at my phone order and then their computer and say they can't find the order. They looked at my phone again and used the order # this time and they find it and go get me the sandwich quite quickly, but I was kind of surprised that I got no apology or a card for a discounted item later....I've known chick fil a for having world class customer service and felt like I was not given that with my 3rd order. I get that it was opening day and it was busy but I talked with someone else who didn't experience an issue at all but got a free breakfast coupon just because! Okay now that I typed all this out I feel ridiculous but I just wanted to put my little rant out there. Anyway, I'm still super happy we finally got a chick fil a and I look forward to coming to...
Read moreI have gone here 3 times for one thing, mac and cheese. Tell me why every time I go and order mac and cheese they are “all out”. I have gone at different times too, early lunch and supper hours, many many hours before they begin to shut things down and close up, and they’re out of mac and cheese every time. It makes no sense, and the last time I tried ordering it the lady taking my order had a really snobby attitude saying “we don’t have anymore of that, you have to get something else” and rolled her eyes. I get being annoyed because people ask for something you don’t have anymore, but the attitude towards that person is unnecessary, I deal with it all the time at my job and I never put that onto my customers. It’s embarrassing for them and I hope they fix their attitude onwards, because had I known they were “out” I wouldn’t have asked for it. I don’t know how Chic-Fil-A manages their cooking rotations, but cmon, it’s 6-8 hours before you close, and you don’t have any more mac and cheese? I don’t understand it, but it’s pretty disappointing, and no, i’ve never been told “we are making more now so it’ll be a little wait” i’ve just been told “no we don’t have anymore, you need to find something...
Read moreI patronize numerous different Chick Fil A’s annually. This particular location is one of the worst ones I’ve ever been to.
First, Nick and Isabel get a shout out as a couple of the most dedicated workers there.
From what I gathered through my experience is that the on-duty manager(s) did not have control of their staff. The dining room was filthy. Food was all over the floor, and unused tables needed to be cleaned. Utensils were empty. Hand towels in the men’s washroom were out. I waited in line for 10 minutes just to order. There were about 5 parties in front of me and only one person taking orders. Once I ordered it took nearly 10 minutes to receive the food. The order was correct so I will give them credit for this!
The one thing that stuck out to me was the amount of employees that were standing around not producing. One staff member was on her cell. I saw two or three staff members drinking their soft drinks behind the counter. Meanwhile the restaurant was filthy and the line to order was long.
This location needs some serious evaluating and possibly a corporate...
