Pho Bac Vietnamese Restaurant — Restaurant in Duluth

BUGS IN MY FOOD - Bubble Gut Warning!!! Let me start off with the bugs. I come here often and order their vegan pho with broccoli, cauliflower, etc. so I know what to expect. Today, I went and after a few bites, I noticed these tiny things floating around and thought it was broccoli pieces. Upon further inspection (see picture..) those definitely were not little broocoli buds, they are black and had legs and wings. In fact, there was a bigger bug unfortunately I didn't get a picture of it because I mentioned it to my server, and they wiped it off. I stopped eating it and when I asked them to remove this bowl from the check, they insisted it was broccoli, and when I tried many times to show them the napkin in the picture, they wouldn't even look at it. (I wish I took a picture of the broccolie as well because it was going bad with black little spots on it.)

I told them I would pay for everything, I just wanted to let them know their food was going bad and this one lady just rolled her eyes and laughed.

I really don't care about the money, but future customers, please be aware of unsafe food practices here and lack of care/responsibility.

Hopefully you don't end up tearing up your stomach after...

I came in here today with my friend at 8. I didn't know the shop was closing, there's one girl took us in to the table. And then me and my friend need to go to the restroom and then the guy stopped us he says they closing soon so we need to order fast. i told him ok but can i use the restroom first? After that i ask the girl again it's ok we can leave you guys don't have to rush for us but she said the owner say it's ok. And then the guy came out to take the order he didn't look at us in the face and asks what we want to order. Me and my friend was like literally sit down for 2 minutes after the bathroom. I said we're not ready to order yet and the guy still stand there. I was like you making us uncomfortable. So me and friend just picked out whatever we see first in the menu. He brings out our food without saying anything like just put on the table like we're begging for the food. We haven't finished half of the food the guy came out again and said we need to pay. This is my first time feel so intimidated eating at the restaurant. If you don't to serve us it's ok we can leave. Don't take us in and give us attitude. Literally the guy just sit and do...

We were craving Vietnamese food and saw this place and we said why not give it a try. First time here and let me say worse experience ever. We were sat down quick but literally took more than 5 mins to attend us. We got our food but we did not get some items. Well not once did our server looked at us after we got our food. It took us about 10 mins to let him know we didn’t get our missing items. When we told him he rolled his eyes. Anyways, my husband said forget one item that it was okay. Again not once did our server come to see if everything was okay. We were ready to leave. I walked out and my husband stayed to get to go boxes and to pay. It took about 20 min for him to leave. The server come and said you didn’t get the certain item and he said no and the server continued to look around the table to see if we had ate it. My husband said you can look around we never got it. The server said the kitchen forgot and said he will take it off our ticket. Why would we pay for something we never got. Food was good but...
