I would categorize this restaurant as a hole-in-the-wall Korean restaurant that specializes strictly in Sundubu. However, that being said, the dishes that aren't their specialty seem to lack in luster. Things you should know: I. PARKING This is within a plaza and shares a public parking lot. There's always a vast amount of free available spaces. II. SERVICE Very personable and friendly III. QUALITY The sundubu is their strongest selection ~ I recommend trying one of those options. Also, the price, compared to other locations, is cheap and affordable for the quantity given. Typically, you can find a Haemul Pajeon for $16-18 ~ it was $14 here. However, I feel like you get what you pay for with these non-specialty dishes ~ I was disappointed in my seafood pancake. IV. CAPACITY For dinner on a Saturday, the restaurant was empty. Please give this local business some love and order some soup this season.

I came here for a quick lunch and was politely and promptly greeted. I went with the kimchi soondubu (tofu soup) and munched on the banchan while I waited. Banchan was pretty good (in my opinion), and I actually had to get a refill before my actual entrée got there. The soondubu itself was PACKED with tofu — very fitting of the restaurant name; however, the flavor of the soup just wasn’t there for me. I think I’m just used to the intense flavor of kimchi jiggae, but overall the experience was nice and great for lunch. The server and the (what seemed like) the owner were extremely polite and welcoming. Give this place a try!

Extremely disappointing experience. The only decent thing I had was the mackerel — everything else fell flat. The side dishes were just mid, and the cucumber was so vinegary that it was hard to eat. My main bowl was 90% plain tofu with almost no flavor in the soup. Oh btw only 4 PEICES OF CLAM. The egg they gave me was ice cold, so it didn’t cook at all in the broth — just sat there raw. Overall, the food felt bland and unbalanced, and honestly, for the price, it felt like a scam. Definitely not coming back. Also the lady that served our table dumped my bf trash bowl out on the table. Me and my boyfriend was so...
