One star for extremely bad customer service. Typically I spend about $15 a week here before or after my shopping as it is convenient. My mother came with me this time and was not feeling well. She went to the counter to buy a cup with ice so that she could pour her warm Ensure into it. The woman at the counter would not sell her a cup for ice. She told my mother "No, no cup". My mom came back and told me they must be out of cups. I looked and saw a man receiving a cup as we left. I can only assume this woman suspected my mom of trying to get a free drink. I asked my mom if she offered to pay and she said yes a couple times. This is very poor customer service and I am angry that I am regular here and have given them my business. I took my sick mother to QT where they were willing to sell my mother a large cup of ice for 25 cents. She was thankful and was telling her story to the attendent when he decided he wasn't going to charge her at all. Sometimes they stuff all the meat in the back of the sandwich so you have to eat it sideways or have your bite of lettuce then your bite of meat. Latest time was the nail in the coffin. After waiting 15 minutes behind multiple orders, the guy behind me shouts his order to the next employee. Making it to the cheese selection, I ask why they're completely ignoring that I've been waiting in line patiently. Guy shrugs his shoulders as if I teleported there and had no idea. Continues to make the next guys sandwich. Woman in front of me even asked, [why aren't you taking his order?] He shrugs again? Completely skipped past after being told [sorry for the wait, we'll be right with you]?? Other interactions are on the same par of taking forever, not hearing choices right and having to pay extra for double meat because they already put they ham on and didnt hear ham and turkey.
