Bubbakoo's Burritos — Restaurant in Dumont

Very disappointed, I was stopping in for the first time. I saw it was empty nobody waiting. I was never greeted or acknowledged till after 5 minutes of standing there waiting, girl said give me a minute. There were 5 employees working behind the counter, there were no other customers besides myself I understand they have take out orders. But a walk in customer should not have to wait 15 minutes just too place an order. While they continue their conversation and ignore me. After 15 minutes i walked out and still no acknowledgement, they just stared at me. Young teens working here in the evening have no care in the world. I doubt I'll stop back in after today I do hope the manager gives them another training or educate them on better customer service skills....

Definitely one of my favorite places. The quality of the food is very good and they actually give you a decent amount of fillings and toppings. Much better than similar chains that will give you a burrito with 90% rice. The ingredients they use seem freshly made as well. It's pretty easy to order online and I found the estimated time they give is pretty accurate. I only had to wait for my order one time when they were really busy. Their menu is expanding which is nice to see.

I don't have any real issues with this place, other than they occasionally forget to give me the small queso dip that I put as a side to my orders.

First time here ,so glad We went. From the moment you walk in the door We were greeted. The guy in the blue shirt didn't get his name must be the manager or maybe the owner Had such enthusiasm I told him I've never been here before and he went through everything with me even though he had A-line of customers.. The food was absolutely amazing I Had the chicken and shrimp burrito and my husband had the Steak and shrimp burrito. We also ordered the curly fries with Bacon and queso And for dessert we ordered Fried oreos with powdered so good we ordered a second batch.. Would definitely Recommend this location .
