Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Dumont

This is a good Dominos location with lots of employees working hard, employees were super quick to help and super friendly, wait time was minimal, indoor waiting area and indoor seating which I felt is very nice! They also have small stairs on the far left for toddlers to climb up and watch their pizza being made. That is very cool.

I got a personal Pizza this time with just cheese. Pizza was good but not great. I tasted mozzarella which was good and the pizza dough plus sauce was fine... but they mixed in parmesan which I felt like it didn't taste right and I really didn't like the flavor combination. Also adding to this, they put in way too much garlic. This really ruins a pizza when the basic ingredients of mozzarella cheese, pizza dough and tomato sauce are flooded with a heavy dose of garlic and Parmesan. The aftertaste was nasty and I needed several gulps of soda to wash my mouth clean.

Now if the price were cheap, then maybe it would be ok for an affordable deal. But they charge over $9 for this personal pie.

I absolutely love their graphic design on their pizza boxes! It's a mix of early 1900s hand drawn style elements and typography complete with subtle fake rubber stamp grunge and set it the Dominos theme colors of solid red or solid blue with white to punch out negative spaces. This art style was heavily used in newspapers and magazines of that time period to sell all sorts of common everyday items. For the modern gamer, you can see some of this style in the game RDR2 on PC and consoles when you look in the catalog in any of the stores. This art style was popular back in the 1900s as photography was still brand new, difficult to use and too expensive for most people.

Back to the pizza.....

If you want way better flavor with no nasty garlic aftertaste and no dry Parmesan bits, go to Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut has a slightly smaller personal pie that tastes delicious and costs just $6! Way better deal and tastes great too!

My order was left outside in the 31ﾟ temperature The guy who delivered the food did not ring the bell or knock or call. My wife called 3 times and kept getting hanged up on, l it took me 9 calls to finally get ahold of somebody in the store, The 1st guy who picked up the phone was rude and was impatient, The 2nd guy was not as rude but still angry that I called and I can tell. The fact that no one could ring my door bell call me to let me know they placed my foot outside as unacceptable especially when it's 31ﾟ outside.. This service was not expected since I've been going to this place and ordering delivery for over several months. My wife works till 11 o'clock because shes a CNA and always called to get hot food when she gets home, just uncalled for.

11/26/2021: called at 11:07 with wife to place a order for dinner but received broken promises that was to have credit for order but Mike and his night shift refused to give and then went on to state he will refuse any order we place. This is unacceptable and just wrong for people who work late to be treated soon poorly.

11/27/2021: talked to manager and was left in disappointment as the manager refused/ denied that their was any credit with my wife's # and did not state evening crew would be address but the manager was will to allow us to order ... this does not solve the customer service issue that happening at night which is poor service and customer abuse to deny families to eat because the customer voice disapproval of being hung up on and having to replace the same order.

I would advise all customers to refuse to go to this location as they are not willing to provide proper customer service... until they shape up don't go to this...

Extremely poor customer service. Used to love this spot and grew up eating here at times, but definitely lost a lot of quality marks for multiple different reasons. Somehow my order is always messed up which is bad, but not even the worst part. After I ordered today and noticed I got the wrong pie labeled in the box its inside of, along with other missing items ordered, I told the driver who 1st looked over and tried driving off before i ran and had to yell even with his windows all the way down on all his doors. After mentioning I got a completely different pie then what I had initially ordered and also the missed items I payed extra for, the driver "Gary" argued saying I never ordered any of that and that it also wasn't mentioned, WHEN ITS WAS CLEALY ON THE BOX HE HANDED TO ME and still had the wrong pie inside from what the instructions left on the pizza box itself!, after leaving he chose to not walk on my steps, but in a unprofessional matter chose to avoid my steps, stomp randomly in what seemed to be in a tantrum. What's more bizarre is that he did it not once, but twice!, aftter coming back to bring some of the missing food items......I wil NEVER again will order again from here, not even because of the missing items, BUT from the most unprofessional delivery service that my family and I have ever witnessed and experienced. This Incredibly ridiculous and questionable behavior made my family very uncomfortable and would not recommend this location in all honesty to any families...
