Update: 17Feb24- BARF!!!! Got the sourdough bacon burger (should be called Baconless Burger), what a terrible burger. LOL the 1/2 piece of bacon for the whole sandwich. Charbroiled now means frying frozen burger patty on a flattop. Tastes just like every other frozen burger. As soon as I opened the burger I threw the super dried "sourdough" bread away (could have used it for croutons), then using a fork took a bite of the burger patty "PUKE". Yeah that went into the trash too. Onion rings taste like pastry or something. I don't like sweet onion rings especially the coating on them. Fast Food has become expensive yet, the standards and taste have dropped tremendously. When you hear the word "Charbroiled" you think something close to a homemade grilled burger, well forget it, it's just a nasty frozen patty cooked like everyone else in the fast food biz cooks them. Nothing special here. Another wasted $10-15 bucks for a meal that isn't even mediocre and went into the trash immediately. The best thing in this meal was the drink (diet coke). Thank god for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, way better...

Evening manager with an ego, a vulgar mouth, completely disrespectful to the customer tried to add something on at the end of an order was told sorry the order had already been put in they couldn't add to an order. As a 15-yr employee of Hardee's Carl's Jr I know better. The way my family was treated at that location is completely inexcusable and completely uncalled for. I contacted Carl's Jr corporate asked to speak to somebody a call center representative contacted me the very next day at which time I asked to speak to somebody up the ladder of that location I was contacted by that locations store manager, Karen who come to find out is aware very much, so of that manager's behavior, demeanor, and attitude toward customers. When I reached back out to customer service and asked for attention from a district manager or a VP I've been dismissed and ignored for the last 4 days. If you think I'm going to go away and let this go you're sadly mistaken so I suggest somebody contact me as requested. Sincerely...

If you’re looking for good food and even better vibes, this place is it! From the moment I walked in, the energy was upbeat, the staff was genuinely friendly, and the whole place just had that feel-good atmosphere you don’t usually get at a fast-food spot.

My order came out fast, hot, and fresh — exactly how it should be. You can tell they actually care about what they’re serving. The place was clean, the music was good, and everyone working seemed like they actually enjoyed being there (which makes a huge difference).

Honestly, it’s the kind of spot that makes you want to come back just because the vibes are always right. Whether you’re grabbing something quick or sitting down to chill for a few minutes, it hits the spot every time.
