KFC — Restaurant in Duncan

Drive thru had a super long line. Went inside ordered, employees more worried about making drive thru faster. I waited about 15 minutes then I got my food. Headed home, told wife to check bag and they screwed up the order. Went back wife went in. After 5 minutes I went in to see what was going on. She still had not been helped. Had to get a bit louder than usual just to get someone's attention. Finally they fixed the order and let us keep the wrong meal. A chicken leg and thigh not very good compensation for the time spent getting it fixed. Fast food has now become slow food at any joint in Duncan, Oklahoma and usually your order will be wrong. Happened last time I went here too. It's like they don't care what you get or how long it takes. Terrible business plan. They figure you won't come back after you leave.

Update: So I went again only because my wife prefers their chicken over chicken express. And guess what. Yup they screwed up the order again. There is no attention to detail on what you order. They just throw in what they want to throw in, doesn't matter if your order is wrong. As a consolation prize I did get to keep a single chicken wing. Whoopie that's why my order was a thigh instead of a chicken wing, because no one eats their chicken wing. It gets thrown in the backyard for the possums. I went inside again. Me and my wife have been here twice in the past 2 months right at opening. Upon making our order of what ever we ordered (been a bit so don't completely remember), they told us that all though they had just opened (both times here mind you) that it would be about 15 minutes because they were running behind. Also, they don't seem to take any pride in their service or when it comes to listening (they repeat what you want pwrfectly fine though) or at the very least preparing someone's order. Once I ordered Chicken Littles (small sandwiches) with mild sauce (called Gold I think?), and they wrapped it in the correct wrapper, but it was the extreme sauce (whatever it's called). Another thing to keep in mind. If you order chicken within 3 hours of close, expect that chicken NOT too be fresh. :-( It never fails (so we no longer go there in the evenings), you'll recieve chicken that has sat under the heat lamps for far too long (dry and sometimes we have just tossed it in the garbage and said forget it and made a sandwich out if fixings from our icebox). As far as I know, we don't have anothwr KFC in town except for the one clear across rown on the East side (we live on the West), so it's really hit...

Took a client of mine to KFC today for lunch through the drive threw, and the service was very Poor.. I was only given 3 gizzards and mash potatoes and gravy, my biscuit i ordered was not there. Also, the lady called my boss saying i was being abusive to my resident and no way was i ever, How can you tell someone to shut up when they don't even talk for real.. and if they are asleep in the car to begin with. This call resulted in me being terminated from my job, That is not cool to mess with someone's pay check grant it 9 dollars and hour isn't much. However I work very hard for my money. The service was also poor, the girl mistaked putting it on two tickets and i had to correct her that it was seperate orders, and she got mad. As well as to it took them 20 mins to get us our order when there wasn't really anyone there.. we waited for a long time... Shame on them!! We will never...
