The most horrible experience I have ever had in a restaurant!! Upon arriving sign says seat yourself so my 15 year old daughter and I sat in a booth . After a little wait a waitress came over and took our order . After another wait she came with the drinks . Next came our food which they got my order wrong and didn’t bring my toast . I had to get the waitress’s attention when she finally came over and asked me what I needed she told me that toast didn’t come with the meal . Which it clearly stated on menu it did . I said just put in on the ticket because I didn’t want to argue. She brought me back a half of a slice of toasted bread which I was charged almost four dollars for . That was the last time she came to our table except for when she brought me the bill .She never once ask us if we needed refills on our coffee and tea or to go plates or cups . Or how our food was and it was horrible my chicken fried steak was exactly like you get in a tv dinner !!! The gravy was like paste the fries were small pieces of crunchy left overs and very few at that . The prices were way over priced for such terrible food and service. After I paid I told my daughter let’s get out of here because I was upset about the bad service . So my daughter grabbed her wore out plastic coke cup of tea and headed for the door . We were walking out when this waitress that neglected to attend to us started screaming from across the room Stop you can’t take that glass out!! Making a scene !!(which was not a glass but a old plastic promo cup) Then if that wasn’t enough the guy that was the other waiter came running over to us to make sure we didn’t go out the door !! Over a WORE OUT OLD PLASTIC PROMO CUP that the coke sign was almost wore off !!!! Then this waitress comes over to us hands my daughter a cup to put her tea in the cup instead of the waitress bringing her a cup of tea . My daughter who has dystonia and not good control of her hands had to set the cup down on top of a booth , a couple were in ,to try to pour this tea in the cup . The couple got mad at the waitress and got up and followed us out the door !!!! So this was the most horrible restaurant experience I have...
Read moreWhen it comes to being waited on, I'm usually a pretty patient person. I am usually very understanding when it comes to the restaurant business because I know they have a lot going on, they stay pretty busy, and waitressing isn't an easy job. But what I don't understand is how we got completely ignored for a solid 25 minutes before we finally had to say something to get someone's attention. And they weren't even busy. There were maybe 5 or 6 tables with people at them, total. And there were like 6 waitresses. Several walked right past us like we weren't even there. And once we did say something, the waitress that walked right by us, making eye contact, said she thought we had already been taken care of (when we had no drinks or silverware or anything?) and the waitress assigned to our table said she didn't even see us sit down (we had a 1 get a old very wild little boy who made our presence very known). It was pretty ridiculous for it not being busy at all. It will be a while before I go...
Read moreChris. You did it man. You paid for our meal. Now I have to put your name into legend. Let me tell you about Chris. This guy moves mountains with his faith. He squashes enemies with a prayer. He magnifies the lord with just his presence. He paid for my breakfast. And it was such a good one, too. I eat those eggs like an Ethiopian who got to visit a golden corral for the first time. Thanks to chris. Thanks man. We love you. And the egg of jimmy. This place has it all. Coffee. Eggs. Pancakes, and stuff. I bet there is alot more, but whatever. This isnt about me. This isnt about Jimmy. Though he played his part really well. Made the CRAP out of those eggs, man. Thanks. But THANK YOU to Chris. He and the family are stuff of LEGENDS, man. He bought my breakfast. I...
