Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Duncanville

I literally just came from the drive thru at this location, it’s currently 4 AM, Nov. 30th 2024, and I cannot be more unhappy with my service than I am right now. I understand it’s super late, no one wants to be working right now or dealing with customers which I understand because I work retail, but this was absolutely unacceptable. I went through the drive thru and asked for a munchie meal but I wanted fries, mini tacos, and chicken nuggets if he could do that, the guy taking my order said no which I understand, that’s cool. I ask what else could I get with the munchie meal, let me also mention that it wasn’t busy at all, like maybe one other car there in the drive thru? So yeah I ask what else can I get in the meal, and he said “do you not see the menu?” Um..excuse me? Immediately I want to drive off but there’s a car in front of me so I can’t. It seems like this car is also having issues with this guy as this man was incredibly rude to me not only at the drive thru but also the window. I just ask for a bacon ultimate burger and say that’s it. I pay and get my food and it’s literally not even hot, how does that even happen?! The cheese wasn’t melty like it ALWAYS is, the bun was stiff and the meat was cold, how in the heck did this happen and why did I have to heat my burger up myself, if I wanted to cook at home I would have. Worst customer service EVER!! MANAGER IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE HAS NO BUSINESS BEING A MANAGER AT ALL!! Grand total of my order was around 30 dollars no biggie until they for forgot my sons tacos pull up and park 20 minutes before the lobby closes an the doors are already locked with people still inside the lobby dining swing through the drive through to get our tacos an pulled out my fries which is supposed to be a large order an the box wasnt even filled to where it usually is asked the manager if this is what passes for a large fry an she starts berating me and my wife in Spanish because we sont speak her language she then takes the fries an another employee comes up an says it was full we literally got our food an pulled around to get our tacos. But the whole staff wanted to argue about fries!! Luke seriously there fries top em off an move on seriously manager then starts waving the fries in the bag in my wifes face an starts screaming do you want them do you want them asked for a refund an was told no then she slams the drive through window in my wifes face highly advise going...

Horrible! Last night the storm made some of the restaurants machine go out due to heavy wind (including my preferred place) so I decided to try Jack again. The last two times were not good. The customer service is always rude and the food was always not fresh. My mother is in town so we both decided to eat there. Again...and the ABSOLUTE last time I will eat there again. The Hispanic girl at the window was rude and our food wasnt right. My mother fries were literally burnt yet cold. She checked her bag before I drove off and gave them back. The lady immediately gave her fresh fries. ???? Why didn't she do that at first??? It's was literally 5 seconds and she gave her fresh fries. I explained as plainly as I could that I wanted all the dressings on my burger (mayo, mustard, ketchup.) Emphasized on mayo and they only put mustard! Didnt check until I got home after being at an amusement park all day and tired. Did not want to go back. My bread was old and my burger was dry. I'm done with that place! We were in lone for over 25 minutes for bad service...
