It really use to be nice place it was spotless. The place was remolded nice before and had great staff did they get different owners. It needs a makeover the chairs are wooble and tables it needs remodeled again and a new good air- conditioner. The staff need to be retrained very unprofessional to much messing around when they should be working on customers. The Manager to worried about staff food then the customers food. If the headquarters came in they would not be very happy. It's just it not clean tables should be cleaned and the floor also by the drink and dispenser things need to be whiped down. There was no air-conditioning it was hot. The manager should be on top things with the owner because if inspector came in it would be shut down for the day. I see Employees messing around to many breaks on there phone when the place should be cleaned up first. The place should be spotless when someone done from a table you go and clean that table. Any other restaurant make sure tables are always clean. Things should not be done half ass. To be professional is to have social skills with etiquette in a restaurant. Because how you take care your self in a restaurant so it should be everything around you. Because it was very disappointing for me to walk into a place that looks very dirty. People want to come in to clean place on lunch break or professionals for a meeting. School band on bus has a lot kids these kids looked more Professinal then the staff the tables and floor still dirty. Things need to shape up and trained if these employers and managers want better career skills down the road they need etiquette. First they got my order incorrect, I waited a minute or two while they corrected it, for them to give me a fish sandwich w/ a tiny dab of tarter sauce, so I asked for some on the side to which they gave me a crushed container w/ some in it. I walked in to give it back to them, to ask for another one and a person who claimed to be the manager Jose was very rude & I told him, he knew better then to give me a crushed container & told me I would have to pay for another one (which I did not), and as I watched the people in the back fill up 1 non crushed container w/ tarter sauce which they did not give me and proceed to fill up another non crush one w/ tarter sauce & hand me that 1, leads me to believe that Jose purposely crushed the container that was originally given to me. Read moreThat McDonald's has no lettuce wrapped burgers in no surprise, since they only serve shredded on their burgers, but maybe you should rethink having some whole leaves available for unless burgers? Even if you don't, while the packaging was great, do you really think I want to use my hands to grab this 'burger salad'? Adding some utensils would be a great idea don't you think? And then... When you say that the order is waiting at the counter and I'm standing there not being acknowledged for at least 3 minutes before being rudely asked (no greeting at all) what the number is, nah, that's not service...
