Chopsticks — Restaurant in Dundee Township

I had a taste for egg rolls but didn't know any places in the area to get any. I'd driven past Chopsticks several times and decided I would just stop and run in and order some. The woman at the counter was pleasant, took my order, told me the would be ready in 5-10 minutes so I had a seat and waited. I looked over their menu while I waited and it looks like a nice menu with many choices at good prices. In a few minutes a bag was brought out and sat on a table next to the door going to the back and I was told my order was ready. I grabbed it and headed home. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the bag to see they included a little cup of sauce, I guess you might call it sweet and sour sauce and a fortune cookie, nice. The egg rolls were hot and nice and crispy just how I like them. They were some of the best egg rolls I've had in quite some time. I was glad to know there was a good place to get them so close to my home. As a matter of fact, it was less than a week and I stopped by again and placed a repeat order and received the same experience. We’ve ordered several times, unfortunately they rarely have the food ready at the time they quote, I’ve waited 20-40 minutes PAST their quoted time. The place is dirty and cluttered. The staff has no concept of customer service. The biggest issue would be the hair that we’ve found in our food the last three times we’ve ordered. Long black hair, in the shrimp egg foo yung container, another time in the kung pao and in an egg roll. We threw our food away and we not be going back. I can see a rarity that there may be a hair one time, it three times!? I can’t imagine how dirty it actually is in...

I don't understand how this place has the reviews it does. Overall way too expensive, spent $60 expecting a feast. Barely got enough enough to feed 2 people nevermind the 4 people I was trying to. The chow mein noodles are NOT stir fried but store bought and flavorless. The Mongolian beef was more onion than anything and was super bland. The egg roll has shrimp in it which I somehow missed I hate seafood shrimp included. The only good things we're the orange chicken and fried rice which let's be honest I can get...
