Subway — Restaurant in Dundee Township

This location deserves zero stars. I ordered through the Subway App and my card was charged. Once the order was marked ready, I went to pick it up. The employees originally said that they did not have this order come through the system. I showed them the confirmation email and order on my app. The response no longer was, “we didn’t get your order, but rather, we don’t participate in this offer. I have no issue with that, but asked for a refund and was told they didn’t have the order. I got home and called the store again, finally my order was cancelled. Team members were not honest, would’ve rather they just said that they didn’t participate and refund my order from the start. Will not be going to this...

Both kid’s pizzas were not cooked much/enough. The crust was warm but the entire rest of both pizzas were refrigerator cold. Didn’t have Swiss cheese for my ham and Swiss. The employee just put pepper jack on the sandwich and didn’t say anything until I asked why it didn’t look like Swiss. Had to wait about 5-8 min to get waited on while some grub hub type guy (who didn’t speak English and couldn’t communicate with the employee) picked up 3 orders. Right after that guy left 2 separate guys came in looking for their food that just drove away a minute earlier. $34 for 2 undercooked pizzas and 2 footlongs. Ordered a double meat, and a tuna with extra lettuce and a couple of other veggies. It was a joke. I had to look for the tuna with a spoon. Couldn't find the veggies and the lettuce? Maybe a tablespoon full of lettuce across an entire footlong. It was the skimpiest sandwich ever. I'm not a fan of Subway and got talked into ordering online from this location. Never again. I unwrapped and it looked like a loaf of bread from the grocery store...flat and mainly empty. The other sandwich didn't have double meat, though we paid for it. Back to Jimmy John's...
