Las Kecas — Restaurant in Dundee Township

Really really terrible experience !!! The cashier who was a young lady was horrible customer service, I asked her what the prices were for the burritos and she said the small one was $4 and some cents and the bigger one was $7 and some cents . In the end she charged us almost $9 for each burrito ( we ordered the bigger one ). We also ordered plain waters no ice and she came out with all waters with ice ! I ordered a water with a slice of lemon and I didn’t have lemon in my water. We told her we asked for NO ice and she said she never heard us say that. After she said she would bring us a container so WE could to take out the ice by hand !! On top of all of that the food was flavorless and was definitely not worth the 40 minute wait. I have eaten there many times, and always liked the food very much. I went tonight and was extremely disappointed. I clearly ordered the chicken tinga quesadilla. The man at the counter asked if I wanted the meal. I was never asked that before. He said it would be $1.25 additional. I agreed to have the meal. When I went to pay, he asked for $8.75. He said the quesadilla went up $1.50. My estimation then was the meal would cost $7.25. He obviously misquoted the cost. Then my quesadilla was steak filled. I don't eat beef. I reviewed Las Kecas around 5 years ago, we recently went there like a month ago and the ownership changed and the quality of the food as well. I went there with my whole family and we were excited. When we arrived all the lights were turned off it looked creepy, we were going to leave but we decided to still give it a try. Service was bad the lady did not know what to do first take are drinking order or food order, and then she brought wrong drinks, food was done super fast and what I order was undercook.
