I've been coming to this place for lunch almost every week for the past 15 years, and I can honestly say it has never let me down. The consistency, quality, and flavor keep me coming back time and time again.

Their Rodeo Cheeseburger is, hands down, the best burger you'll find within a 10-mile radius—possibly even farther. The patty is always perfectly grilled, juicy, and full of rich, savory flavor. It’s topped with crispy onion rings, smoky bacon, melted cheese, and just the right touch of barbecue sauce, all layered on bed og jalapenos.

I wouldn't give this place any stars, but it's necessary in order to rate it. I was extremely disappointed with the food. We ordered a cheeseburger, jalapeno poppers and some hot dogs, something simple right...How can you screw up something so basic is incredible. Let's start out with the jalapeno poppers with cream cheese, to begin with they were made with can vinegar jalapenos. They were over cooked and had no flavor to them and over fried. The hot dogs also no flavor, probably the cheapest they could find, fries were skinny, old and cold also no flavor, a pinch of salt wouldn't have hurt. And last but not least the burger, the patty again no flavor, plain and tasteless as cardboard, the strong smell of onion let me know that those onions had been out for a while and the burger overall was cold as well. Oh, I almost forgot about the warm drinks, how is it possible to serve carbonated drinks at room temperature, no ice and clearly the syrup was either running low or they purposely water it down, wouldn't be surprised if they did. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT...

Would easily give you 4 or 5 stars based on the food alone. However, I cannot overlook the poor service we received today.

My wife went to Luke's and order two orders of the double dogs & fries. She thought this meant each order came with two hot dogs. The drive-thru cashier rudely informed her that this was not he case and instead the meal was two dogs on one bun. Fair enough, my wife made a mistake. But then, the cashier also told her to "look at the menu".

Since the cashier knows her menu so well maybe instead of being rude, she could have said "That's not the meal it sounds like you want the #1 2 dogs and fries meal".

Everyone has bad days, I get it. But going out of your way to berate your customers is awful. If I came in and was rude to you, then I would be a disrespectful customer.
