Where should I start. My order Sesame chicken, Lo mein veggies and a beef, And pot stickers. Let's talk about the noodles not lo mein, at all thin greasy and not even done! Veggie lo mein, taste wasn't veggie it had protein taste. Beef was horrible chewy and if your the type of person that like to chew that's your best bet. Beef chewy and taste old. Pot stickers, raw doughie and cold. Sesame chicken more dough than chicken... When I called to complain rude and disrespectful. And the manager got on the phone then had his cashier on the phone talk rudely and disrespectful then hanged up. By far this place, is not authentic Chinese food! I did a 45min drive to this place for a $60 dollar dinner just to throw it away! And this guy said "do good food" ah NO! And then he wanted me to drive back 45mins and couldn't compromise of me taking it the next day. I have kids with disabilities and we had to come up with plan b because this place can't take responsibility for half fast service and bs food. If you want authentic Chinese food... Scroll and go to the next. This place is not a place to count for a good dinner. More like be ready for frozen food and preheat, because that's what I was told. We predo stuff and basically what I got...
Read moreHuh. Well, their tea was good. The egg drop soup was the bright yellow gelatinous kind. No green onions or crackers were offered and I didn't ask because the staff seemed to already be having a disagreement in their native tongue. Their English wasn't fabulous and I didn't feel like working that hard at the moment or further inflaming my already disgruntled waiter so I survived plain old egg drop soup. Eh. I ordered the cashew chicken lunch special. It smelled weird. The rice smelled especially weird. The egg roll smelled weird. I tried the rice and chicken. It didn't taste bad or particularly good, for that matter. I couldn't figure out where the weird smell was coming from so I started avoiding the meat and the rice. I found only three cashews in my cashew chicken, which I ate along with a few mushy carrots and some water chestnuts. Never did try the egg roll. Finally, afraid that whatever that smell was coming from might actually make me ill, I paid for my barely eaten lunch and left, which was clearly the path of least resistance. They didn't ask why I didn't eat my lunch so I...
Read moreAbsolutely love the food at new hunan restaurant, but when that place is closed we are directed to this location. We have had many bad experiences here and wish that they were as kind as the other location. We asked for 2 egg rolls as part of our order and mentioned the coupon. The young man who took our order charged us 4 egg rolls and thought that we ordered 2 "extra". We live a half hour away and are very well known to the owners for the last 15 years. They did not want to grant us any compensation for our next visit or virtually anything to help on their mistake. Very dissapointed with the decisions made here by...
