Burger King — Restaurant in Dundee Township

I order my food online through the app. And it got my order completely Wrand literally told me that I was wrong and the receipt was right. Didn't want to correct it at and the fact that you can't even call corporate one of my hang for am I paying for what they wanna give me? Or am I paying for what I want? Because it seems like that's the other way around like they're paying they're. They're choosing what to give me. And it's not just Burger King as all these fast food chains. What done I'm not trying to sound. Racist, but what the people can't understand english? Should I work in there or what can they not read english? Or do you guys not have an Spanish about the screen? It's getting way too out of hand in this country with these fast food change and and the reason why I chose Burger King is because it's one of the last places that does not have kiosk and the kiosk is just as worse as the app. My order was not right at all. It was completely wrong and they just did not care. Like II was wrong for even telling them that I was wrong. That's what I felt from them. An entire staff of the entire store and I will not be going back to that Burger King again. And I recommend than anybody else. Double checks or orders before leaving that burger Kand double check your app. And screenshot, what your order is just so you can prove him wrong because they don't like to be wrong apparently and customers not right when it's supposed to be the other way around, but society is becoming more and more ignorant. And not caring about the people that they're supposed...

Horrible customer services, the manager that’s in today 11/12/2022. Only gave me one of my meals and I order 2 meals but charged $31.68. She made me wait outside for 15 minutes just to get my order wrong. I realized when I got home which I live 15 minutes away. The manager just hanged up on me when I called at 2:30pm, she didn’t want to hear what I had to say. Very rude lady, I had to make a dispute to my bank so I can get my money back, which thankfully I got back. I just can’t believe the awful service...

Since when the hell does BK close at 8pm?? Google says 12am. But I get there at 8:05 and it's closed. I still see about 6 people inside but they're closed. Looks like I'll be going to Taco Bell across the street. Or McDonald's a couple blocks away. Or Subway or Little Caesars right next door. Or Wing Stop right across the street. So many choices within a 2 min drive you would think BK wouldn't act like they are the only place to get food for miles. Dine in seating not available at all. Not...
