First of all, my first impression with the two young employees was pleasant, they seem friendly and in two minutes answered all of my questions regarding price and switching process. Total waste of my time! The lady that works there told me "just 1 second I will be with you!" I was there for an hour and no one ever attended me. The guy that was working next to her, was just standing their next to her being lazy! Never attended me! I was their to get a new phone and they knew it! But they seem like they didn't care one bit! Very friendly people called to see if they had the phone l wanted and they did want with my husband to get it after we paid for it and left l looked at my bill there was 8 dollars for protection plan the thing is she never asked if l wanted it she just add it to my bill .l take care of my phones so l never get that next time ask the customer if they want it .l would have even them 5 but they got 2 because if that we have been with cricket...
