McDonald's — Restaurant in Dunn

I have been to both mcdonald's locations in Dunn NC. My grandchildren love the playplace. These 2 locations have a bad habit of being lazy about bringing my food to my table when I order table service in the app. I have 2 grandchildren ages 4 and 10 I don't want to leave them unattended. That is why I order table service in the app. Today at the 1185 E Cumberland St. Location I ordered 20.00 worth of food in the app for Table Service. The employee brought the food to the table NO DRINKS, NO NAPKINS, NO STRAWS. When she got to the table she said oh I forgot the drinks then she comes back with 3 empty cups and sat them on the table and walked away, at the 1726 E Cumberland St location I ordered Happy Meals and LG tea for table service in the app. My number was called and I had to go and leave my grandchildren unattended to go pick up food that was supposed to be brought to my table. McDonald's should take that option out of the app if the locations is not willing to do the service. The locations had maybe 5 people in the dining area when I came in. The 1185 locations had 6 people in the dining area when I came in, women's bathroom dirty, trash cans over running and no tissue in one stall, employees standing around laughing and joking. customer service really suck at these...

2 stars only because the manager was very nice once we got to that point. Otherwise it would be one star. There was no line in the drive through when we got there and we still waited at least 10-15 minutes to get our food (3$ nugget bundle, cheeseburger meal and large fries). The worker taking our order in the drive through cut us off before we were done ordering. Asked for extra pickles on the burgers and didn’t get them. All of the fries and nuggets tasted extremely old and stale. Pulled into a parking space to go in. There were no other people inside at the time. Waited an additional 15 minutes inside in which 3 employees looked at me and completely ignored me. Once someone finally addressed me and the manager came out she was very nice and had the whole order remade. The manager was very nice and took appropriate steps to fix the problem but the rest of the staff here was terrible and needs serious work. It shouldn’t take 30 minutes to get two small meals...

On the way to Corolla, NC, we stopped in for road fuel. The staff was friendly enough but the ppl in the back were sure messing up orders. I'd taken advantage of the BOGO Bacon McDouble in the app with an order of fries. I rarely check my food because I'm usually ordering something for son and not myself. But something told me to check my order. Both of my supposed McDouble's had one pattie on them. Literally just threw my sandwich together. When I went back up, the lady who I gave my bag back to was nice about it and told them that they need to pay attention to what they were making. Thankfully this time around, my sandwiches were a little more put together and had both patties.

On the way back to Florida, I decided to stop in again to see if I got better luck. This time around my Bacon McDouble's came out correct the first time. The male manager that was there was very nice and even made sure my fries had salt on them. Not too mention it was not as busy this...
