I went on opening day and used the Drive-Thru. I ordered a cheeseburger meal which is the usual burger, fries, and soda. I always do a special order because I don't want pickles and/or mustard on the burger. I ask for a salt packet because I like a good amount of salt on my fries. My teeth can be sensitive, so I ask for no ice. The soda was fine and the fries were hot, hot, hot! I'm glad I tried them before I added the salt. They were already so salty, I could barely eat them. Someone was heavy handed with the shaker! The burger was a sad sight. It had pickles and they must use one utensil for mayo and mustard, because my mayo tasted like mustard. The lettuce, tomato, and onion seemed very fresh. I'm not sure if I should comment on the meat. Mind you, I am not a fussy eater, esp if I'm haaangry. The meat had the char-grilled taste, love that! It was dry, cold, and old. The 3-4 people at the window where you pick up the food made it seem very unorganized. They were not busy at all. This was my first time at Hardies. Because it was opening day, I will cut them some slack and try it again. They seemed to make a galant effort and the kids at the were polite. Ciao! The drive thru worker and manager on duty were rude. I asked what were their deals and they gave me attitude about that and didn't tell me everything. They rolled their eyes at me. I talked to a very nice manager to give feedback. They told me the general manager was on duty that day they thought. The general manager called me back. They said they were on duty that day. They said they wanted to review the cameras. They acted like they didn't believe me because when I said you don't believe me? They didn't respond. I asked if the owner could call me. The general manager, Brandy, said they weren't sure if the owner would call me back. She said the district manager, Lola, would call me back. Let's not put up with bad treatment in our town here. I was missing food, it was cold, I was given attitude, and I had to go back to get missing food. The store manager, Brandy, gave me attitude when I was checking my food quietly. Read moreI'm diabetic so I have to time my insulin perfectly, or else I risk going hypo. I placed an order on the app because sometimes I get to places and the drive thru line is too long for me to wait. There was a notification at the end of placing my order saying my order wouldn't be ready until about 12 minutes after placing it. I got to the drive thru and apologized and explained the situation. I was literally starting to shake a bit and get a very bad headache. My sugar was definitely dropping fast. The girl at the drive thru, Marley, told me not to worry and she got me to the window and handed me my fries from my order. Another worker, Brandy, was also helping to get everything packed up for me. I swear, I've never gotten a fast food order so fast. I have literally gone hypo in a parking lot before because I was not given an order on time and I have my two year old son with me.
